I went and ordered from Prego and then after an hour, “their electricity was down”. Not Rabbit’s fault so far. So I went to talk to customer support on Rabbit and as we speak, it’s taking 3 HOURS to get someone on the line to get my money back. NEVER trust these guys with your money. That was my first and last order. Talabat is at least honest.

Extremely slow, not enough riders, glitching app and a non existent customer support. The ‘20 minute delivery’ is actually an hour and a half.

i’ve been waiting for my order for 1 hour and 27 min exactly i made multiple complains and nothing changed, i payed extra fees for the “ 20 min fast delivery “ and nothing has changed, im very frustrated and this is outrageous why would you make a 20 min fast delivery if ur not capable of doing so

Orders are late despite 20 min promises
Customer service are so careless in assisting in delays - despite paying extra fees for the fast deliveries. Really a shame that such an app is managed like that

The app deducted my money from my card and didn’t give me a refund and cancelled and in fact I told my bank what happened and they told me the issue from the app and when I tried to contact them, their bot wasn’t helpful at all

If your using Apple Pay
If ur using Apple Pay it keeps deducting from ur acount it has been the second time it keep taking my money and there is no way to contact them or anything the second I get my money from my bank I will delete this application
