Fake diagnostics

This app is made to give issues in older phones even if its working fine, my mom had a iphone 7 plus and it was working like new without issues butbrabbit app failed to perform and i had to pay the full amount of difference

Fake app

Installed the app on iPhone SE. it shows that battery is fake. I have service the phone in the authorised Apple service center spending Rs 4200 and they have shown me the spare part activation of battery. Now this app says battery is fake. This app is designed to reduce the value of phone. Probably cashify’s plan is to buy phones at scrap value by using some fake app. Please don’t install this app.

Stupid App

Gave the correct IMEI of the old phone during ordering but while exchange it said the IMEI number given while ordering is different, looks like its sort of scam app where it wont allow you to exchange your old phone for a new one.

Worst experience during exchange

I wanted to exchange my iPhone 13 it showed an error at mobile age which I bought 2 and half years ago. Even the mobile launch has not crossed 5 years. Still showing some or other error.

Waste App

Hey friends, never waste your worth of your mobile being depending on this App, I have mobile with original display on exchanging mobile using this app it showed my mobile display is duplicate/unknown. Not eligible even for a single star, Rest yours choice.

All tests passed but the app says phone cannot be exchanged

This fake scam app! Today I ran the app and the report shows that all the tests are passed, nil failed tests!

However, it says that my phone cannot be exchanged because it has failed some Mandatory tests!

What rubbish app is this ?

Worst app

It says all test passed, but in the end says that some essential test have failed. It won’t even show what failed. My iPhone is in perfect shaped, never went for service or anything. Worst app

Fake app by Cashify

The diagnostic run shows battery and camera not genuine when in case my iphone has never been serviced.
Wasted whole day waiting for delivery and exchange and then this app shows fake diagnostic report to charge more money for exchange.

Application not working properly

I wanted to exchange my device which has never been repaired and is in flawless condition but still this app is failing genuine camera verification. Application is not up to the mark immediate fix or alternative solution should be provided for exchange.

Disgusting App

The exchange person ran the app thrice, the app throwing some camera genuine error. However i have had no issues with my phone and it was never given to any service centre, so no question of a non genuine part. If the app cannot perform the diagnostics correctly why does it claim to do so and secondly why are people relying on such a faulty app.

Cashify and Rabbit exchange have both been developed by the same company but test is failing again and again in Rabbit exchange rendering me unable to purchase my new phone under exchange. I have the screenshots of both the apps . no support available

Hello everyone please dont install this fake app , i never services my iphone 12 . When exhanges this with this fraud app it showed battery not genuine, so i went to apple customer care I understood not my battery this app is the real fake 😇😇😇😇. Who created this 🤣🤣🤣🤣

So if your exchange pick up done with this frauds , please cancel before delivery, it never works

As you see other review also will come to know that still mobile not given for service facing genuine camera & other issue as i faced, look into it.

One word pathetic is enough for this application to be described.
Unable to detect genuine battery and camera where I have never given my phone to service.
Because of this nonsense couldn’t exchange my mobile.

Badly designed app

Its not able to verify a phone purchased from US, giving errors about batter and camera. This is for a genuine product purchased in Apple US store.
The app only wastes time nothing more.
