Just moved to SF - fantastic service!

I’ve used Racct to fill up my new apartment with tons of different pieces of furniture. Everything arrives super quickly and saves so much hassle vs buying items off of craigslist. I also get personal responses (from a human) via text about coordinating delivery times from Racct. They are extremely flexible and accommodate almost any window. They’ll also respond almost any time of day.

Scams

Someone is taking my photos and using it to sell items on Racct. It’s happened at least twice. This app is full of scams.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience. We do have some users who "flip" items from other platforms, but we ensure no payment is processed without a buyer receiving their order. We also have a feature to report listings using the "flag" button.

So convenient for second hand shopping

So easy to list and buy, I wish more people were using them. Their delivery fees are SO reasonable! Love rehoming stuff from my home and second hand shopping. Hoping for the courier feature or integration with FB marketplace to be brought back again.

Extremely useful for finding bargains

Racct is a hidden gem. It helps me find the products that I’d be scared to buy on Facebook marketplace as I know I can trust the quality of products posted on Racct. Also, the handled deliveries are a game changer

Best secondhand app!

If you care about the environment and saving the money without feeding into consumerism, this one is for you!

Everything is laid out conveniently, works well, and it’s so easy to sell and buy. It’s also so nice because getting rid of stuff for free is easy too!

I love how everything is local and it opens up the market for people without cars. Don’t have to worry about flakiness or multiple payment apps either, which is so revolutionary

The devs are super open to feedback too, and overall I’ve been recommending it to all of my friends! Definitely worth at least trying :)

Super Convenient + Affordable

I’ve used this app for a few months now. Ultimately the selling point for me is the mission: reduce waste going to the trash, giving your stuff a second life. This app delivers.

It’s like Craigslist: folks post their used items (often for free), with photos and a description. But then you can get it picked up and delivered to you for a very small fee (I think it’s based on weight). This is a really effective secret sauce. No more do you have to ask “is it available? When can I pick it up? Where are you?” questions, and instead you can just buy used stuff easy and get it within a day or two.

The creators have been updating the app almost every day to make it better, which is a happy surprise. I send them feedback sometimes and they’ve been super receptive, basically laser-focused on making this an awesome service, and it’s showing. Really excited to see where they take this – I absolutely see this scaling up to more cities down the line.

Great App, Great Service

Love that this is a new service and app, had a wonderful experience. Listing content was easy and pickup was a breeze. So happy my items were rehomed instead of just ending up in a landfill!!
