Follow Race

Every time l try to follow a race, it freezes. Today the Azerbaijan race freezes on Lap 2 through the whole race. This happened several times last year but l stuck with the app! I am looking for alternatives.

App no longer supported??

News has been frozen for some time now. I’ve tried to contact support but the email address cannot receive mail. As a paid app I’m very disappointed. I have bought this app for many years and it’s great when it works.

Edit - Thanks for the reply Nikolai, hopefully it will stay working!

Useless app

This app is absolutely useless. If freezes and doesn’t load news feeds and stay stuck for months. I tried uninstalling and reloading and nothing works.
For an app I paid for this is disgusting and I will never use again. 0 star rating pass this one by.

No news!

News feed is frozen & has now been for weeks! Tried deleting app & reinstalling but still not working. Disappointing as have been using app for years, but won’t be renewing for next year if this continues.

App isn’t updating the new feed anymore, tried to restart but nothing
This is getting a regular think with this so won’t be paying for this anymore, plenty of others out there.

Issues with frozen news feed

I have tried to clear my app and then reload and still my news feed is frozen. To make matters worse I attempted to email my issue using their services email and it just bounced straight back! After 8 years of always using this app this will be my last - waste of my money and poor customer service 😟

Needs an update

Since upgrading to an IPhone 15, the news feeds won’t load. Just keeps showing the same story and gives a loading circle.

Dreadful

A superb app WHEN it works! It has been offline for over a week now, with all news frozen. I have paid for this and can not even contact the creator, my emails are not accepted. Do not buy this app!

Faulty

I’ve been buying this app for years as found it simple and easy to keep updated.

It’s had issues before but I think it’s been a month or more since it’s not updated. Where’s the refund??!?
Another customer lost for good.

Hacked again!! Don’t buy it.

Every season the app stops working and the news feed doesn’t work.
Not buying anymore.
I used to enjoy this app, now will shop elsewhere.
Shame the developers don’t fix it.

Stopped working

As others mentioned, app stopped updating about 3 weeks ago. So now it’s worthless. Clearly developer isn’t keeping up with it or it was hacked.

Shame it doesn’t work all the time.

I shan’t be buying again as with other complaints when it works it’s good when it doesn’t it’s useless. No info for about a month and frozen on the same headline. Goodbye.

F1 race calendar 23

Exactly the same as a previous review as though someone hacks the app and the same news comes up and it can’t be cleared, stuck on the Japanese info nothing else is available now, cleared the app then downloaded again but no success, been using this app for years but no more if this happens, rather pay for another F1 app
This app is getting like the Grand Prix’s now corrupt and disappointing

Gremlins keep coming back again

I am a long term user, but news updates seems to falter a various times in the year. Currently no news again through September 2023. This seems to happen far too often… Shame, as there is much potential for this app to be a great alternative to the official F1 site. Please could you fix the latest bugs ….
