iPhone 17 Pro Max scaling issue
There is a bug where the session name gets cut off the top of the screen. Would there be any way to solve this.
iOS functionality poor
I suggest you look elsewhere. I got this app and then when I discovered I needed to pay for the ability to view live race results, I thought that was fair and went for the annual subscription. Unfortunately this did not give me the ability to look at my lap times for the event that I was currently attending. It only showed me my most recent lap. It prompted another upgrade. Ok fine- I’ve come this far. But then, it wouldn’t allow the upgrade. I tried it on several different networks and at different times, but it would never allow the upgrade to Plus. Hopefully I can cancel this whole mess. A waste of time.

It’s 2026 and it’s a very outdated app
What a joke
The fact that I have to pay for the plus and it still doesn’t work is laughable. And it’s not just inaccurate or bad UI it’s a fun new issue every single time. Race hero was a 9/10 app and you killed it for this junk.

I downloaded the app to watch speed times and when I try to subscribe for the annual it crashes.

Please fix!! It doesn’t want to work all the time and only gives times to certain classes. It won’t go back and let you see all the race results and sometimes it won’t show no times!! We pay for this to work
Garbage from the past
No update in 5 years- it’s garbage and mostly useless. Feel like something built in 2010. Unfortunately it’s required to use for live updates for certain races.

Best $.99 a year I ever spent. I have used it since 2015. Usually I upgrade I think for $4.99 but right now I can’t figure out how to find it except if it pops up. I guess I can wait.
But now it’s free so why do we have to renew every year. Mine always renews during Snowball Derby and there is never any cell service. But I am good for this year.

Un-usable data
I paid my $6 to watch live data and none of the racing names were available. They got my $6. Shame on me. They won’t get another penny. I use Race Hero now and get everything I want for free.
No coverage of major race
I used this app last year for the Rolex 24hr race. I’m at race now and app doesn’t show race at all. Now have to figure out how to cancel subscription
Update. They answered me and stated IMSA Rolex 24 hr race has not been on this app. The only other races I would have used it for would have been HSR ( historic sports car racing). My mistake.

You seem to be confused about the timing for the 24 Hours of Daytona. IMSA has never offered their live timing within Race Monitor. Each track or organization chooses whether or not to make their Live Timing available with Race Monitor, and they have to send their live timing data to us for it to be available within the app. Instructions for cancelling can be found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098

Reduced Coverage
Race Monitor is covering less races in the Central PA region. As a result the value had decreased while they have increased subscription costs. I have dropped this service and DO NOT RECOMMEND. They used to be good but are no longer relevant to Central PA.

For the second time this year while using this app, we got messages data not available. I was in a two day, endurance race, and they capture day one accurately. Day two is nowhere to be seen.
Get race hero instead for free
Race monitor has always been bad and I’ve only kept it on my phone for times when the race weekend wasn’t on race hero (rare). Last weekend seemed like one of those so I found the race on race monitor, but had to get a subscription to follow the race I was entered in. Fine. $0.99 for one month then I’ll cancel. Well, if you want to see your individual lap times you need to pay another $4. I’m in too deep and out lap timer was broke, this looked like it. Fine. Well 30 mins later the race popped up on race hero. For free. And it charts lap times. Has better sorting by class. Tells you who’s in the pits and who might be out of the race because they’ve pitted so long. And gives you track communication like black flags by car number. Oh, and it’s just more attractive and easier to read. And free. If race monitor wants to have a chance they need to check out race hero and get with the program. I want my $5 back. And you, save your money and hassle and get race hero.

Please cancel this subscription!!!!!!!Now!!!!!
I have tried for four years to cancel this via PayPal, Apple and Racemonitor. There is no cancel button and then I think I have canceled it but I get another charge a month and half before the date. This is ridiculous hard and no response or very little help just tossed over the fence. I have spent a stupid amount of time every year to get rid of this as we haven’t raced since 2018. Please someone help!

It is what it is
The platform performs poorly. The logical steps are not so logical and the back button is missing a few windows so you have to press q thousand buttons just to get to one screen. I’d pay double for a platform that actually works. Get rid of the 1 dollar version that does nothing please.
GREAT customer service
I had issues viewing individual driver’s details. After reading some reviews it had me nervous that it maybe a glitch and wasn’t showing my paid upgrade. I did the “contact us” through the app and with a few days heard back and the issue was resolved (user error). Extremely wonderful customer service and almost immediate replies. Gave 4 stars because it’s a little hard to learn how to maneuver through the app but again … more than likely the user. 😆
