Great company
I’ve done a few challenges with this company now and had no issues at all. Strava has linked up just as it should and if I’ve had any issues, they’ve always been quickly sorted.
Simply doesn’t work
This app just won’t link to Strava. Have been trying to resolve via email but even my emails are now being ignored. Have asked numerous times for a refund but nothing. Complete waste of money.
The most awful app in existence
I signed up to do a challenge with these people - downloaded the app as per the email instructions and spent the rest of my evening trying to create an account and set it up. When I type my details in in the boxes it will not show me what I am typing and it wouldn’t link to my Strava account and when I (finally!) entered my days mileage in manually it didn’t deduct the amount from the overall mileage and still shows as me not having done any mileage! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER SIGNING UP TO A CHALLENGE WITH THESE GUYS. THere are far better alternatives. I’ve requested my entry to be canceled and my money refunded but whether I get the refund - who knows! I had to give a one star rating else they wouldn’t post the review but in my eyes this app is a zero star rated one!

Have managed to link to Strava and it’s working ok.
Not user friendly.
Really poor app. I can add mileage, however linking this mileage to a challenge isn’t possible and still no idea how you do it after looking, asking online, and getting others to look. Not user friendly at all! Booked one challenge, which now I can’t complete. Won’t be using again!
Dreadful
Can’t see any text on the app easily at all and when I try to link to Strava it comes up as bad request so doesn’t link at all. Not impressed
Doesn’t like dark mode on iPhone
Not been able to try out any of the features yet as my challenges don’t start until 1/1, but just a note to say it doesn’t work well with Dark mode on an iPhone 12 Pro. The text doesn’t show up at all. Have to switch phone back to light mode to use it, which is annoying.
Maps & photos do not work
My friend bought me this for my birthday. She said it’s supposed to show you on a map where you are in the Challenge and show photos along the route. I’ve never seen a photo & the map showed me as being in Rome when I was doing the segment in Turkey! Maps stopped working about 3 weeks ago. I contacted support & they said they would look into it but I’ve not heard back from them since. This has the potential to be a good app if it worked properly. At the moment all it is is a log if my activity & certainly not worth purchasing just for that!
