Our team Had a wonderful time using this handy app. My partner used it to log my treatment at all of our encounters. So our director could see how busy we were and maybe send nearby units in to assist. At the end of the event we were able to see an automated report with conditions, medical incidents, treatments/outcomes. Pretty cool oversight&insights for an app that was easily deployed to our large event.

Medical director
Having worked races for over 20 years this is an excellent upgrade. Not only is it cloud based and HIPAA compliance it’s encrypted. It allows me to record medical events real time as well as when I’m in my incident command center review what’s happening across my race course.
Best of all we also can get reports at the end the race and if someone needs records they look professional and are better than pencil and paper. if you’re looking for an upgrade from pencil and paper to help make your race safer I highly recommend this app.

Great App. Helpful and easy to use
This app is really helpful. We have medical teams of 10 to 100 volunteers for different races, which makes communication so much easier.

Great platform to manage medical at events. Really encourage all marathons to use this to better manage and track injuries!
Poor quality
I’m not sure this developer is still in business. The web interface to register to work on a medical team isn’t working. I couldn’t view the training slides. The app reviews are over a year old. The app hasn’t been updated for over a year. Really. Is anyone left staffing the office?

app is very easy to use making it good for new volunteers who have never used it before. have never had an issue with it at events. would definitely recommend for any medical teams at high volume events!
TCM
Used at the Twin Cities marathon. Worked well and loved ease of switching between patients and viewing open encounters. Detracted one star for having two categories in which to enter symptoms / physical / plan. Very unnecessary for otherwise quick documentation

I used this app for the TC marathon medical tent and it worked great. I am not a trained medical professional and it was still very easy to use.
works well for managing patients in the field
used for half-marathon. allowed quick note recording visible between medical tents as patients were moved between satellite tents to main tent to hospital. good continuity of care.

Registration did not work
I downloaded the app and registered. It stated it would send an email to activate and I never received an email. I tried to register again and it states that the email is already being used by another user. I am unable to login.
