Absolutely dreadful
Why oh why have they created this new 2026 update? Everyone including racing professionals and the media are unhappy with these developments. I shall be cancelling my subscription and instead using ATR website with its considerably enhanced platform, all for free. Many of the tipster are lousy, never declare profit or losses. Who would want to take tips from youngsters, who know nothing of betting or racing?The racing post in print has long had its day, too expensive and the online platform is going the same way. Arrogance, incompetency and ignorance attitudes towards your customers will be your downfall.

Why £49.95
The newspaper itself is fine but my ipad shows its cost as £49.95 and this only changes late morning of the day in question. I obviously dont buy it until correct price shows. Please sort this out.

Often does not work for me
In recent weeks, it has been very difficult to make this app work, and, even when it does, the paper can suddenly disappear. Needs improvement.

Worst APP ever!
Incompetent system frequently fails to load the newspaper to access single purchases. Constantly having to delete app and reload to be able to purchase the edition. Occasions when the app takes your money and still fails to download the paper. Despite constantly advising them of their system failures they are unable to improve matters. Pitiful.

Incredibly Bad
A useless app - tries to charge £39.99 instead of £3.99 for one issue . Keeps repeating this fault ! Absolutely clueless
Price error
Yet again the price for the daily edition is set in error at £39.99 instead of £3.99. Happens to often. It’ll change back eventually
Absolute garbage
Every few months it crashes and I permanently lose all downloaded content even though my settings are on “never delete”. Seriously had enough after years of underfunding and apathy from the owners.
Latest app version still frustrating
The latest version of this app is eminently inferior to its efficient predecessor. Obviously designed for phones and not ipads, it assumes one wants to read in portrait, not landscape, mode and I have had continuous problems with the menu bar which should make navigation easier but in fact frustrates me daily. The page options offered in the bar most often only consist of "inside front cover" or "inside back cover" which means one has to scroll endlessly to find the required topic or page. The old version of the app enabled one simply to request a page number and go there directly - now you cannot. Racing Post Help say no one else has reported this issue, so why is it happening to me?

Another backward step
Not sure why we are going backwards as those in charge of App development at Racing Post.Surely include an update that allows sight of the next day rather just wait and hope the app downloads it when entered.it is hit and miss
Terrible new version
This new app is terrible. I keep getting stuck on one page and then have to restart the app. Please don’t close down the old app until you fix the new one. I don’t know what was wrong with the old app
Backward Step
The new “app” is a digital paper, very nice to look at but there’s no links on the contents page to help you navigate quickly. Far worse though is all the dynamic functionality of the old app has disappeared. Don’t understand why the need to change and I’ll be cancelling my subscription if the old app is not reinstated

Daily Edition
Love the digital paper but sometimes unable to get the daily edition.
Miss the old app for its racecards
The old app was so much better as one could study form and click through bet on it.. this one is just a pdf..
Poor compared to iPad version
Please revert back to original iPad version. Much better user experience and access to form and other functionality. Working with the pdf version of the newspaper is not good and not easy to get around or read for that matter. Might as well buy the paper. Also, iPad edition was available at 8pm. Now can only get after 9pm

A backward step
This app is awful compared to how it used to be. It used to be designed for the iPad. Functional, clear and clean. This is just a digital copy of the paper. Very poor show, I recommend you just go to the newsagents next time you want this. Very very disappointed!
Impossible!
I’ve paid for a subscription but it’s absolutely hopeless getting into the paper it keeps not recognising my password or subscription or whatever and when you finally do get in reading is no fun. Very disappointed. The phone app is great, but this iPad paper, which I wanted, seems impossible.
Used to be great
Why have they change it to a pdf version of the paper, the previous app was superb 5 star but this has no functionality and is awful in comparison. Bring the old app back please
