Train what’s actually recovered. • Freshest: a new generated session that answers “I’m here on an off day. What should I train?” Rack Math picks lifts from whatever your recovery says is most rested, without stealing from your next scheduled sessions, and builds the day’s plan around them. • Cardio, seen whole: your total cardio load is now tracked across activities, so swapping a walk for a run or a swim reads as the trade it is, not as backing off. Familiar kinds of effort also count more fairly toward recovery than brand-new ones. • Lock Screen: log your set right from the Live Activity: tap Done, then tap again to confirm, so a stray touch never logs a lift. • Plus bug fixes and smarter training suggestions throughout. The plate calculator stays free forever. The coaching features are part of Rack Math Coach, which is free for your first 10 workouts.

Best barbell racking app, if purchase would work…

The features in this app supersede any others I’ve tried! The problem comes after the 7-day trial. The purchase functionality just doesn’t work. The button to unlock full access does nothing when clicked, so the app is unusable. Additionally, the contact form on the developer’s website doesn’t work. Please fix it, man! You’ve got a great app here!

Very cool app for workouts. Gives options for how much weight on the barbell with various plates, and instant calculations on which plates to remove/how many to add for targeted weights. Makes workouts easier.
