How long?
Are you guys even aware the My Products page has literally never loaded on this app? How do you not know that? How’s do you not fix that?
Difficulty signing in
I always have trouble signing in… internet is very scrappy where I live, I’m going to have to call RACV to make my payments as its not happening on the app
Payments
This app does not allow you to manually pay your bills if payment is missed. It also does not allow you to view what you owe it only tells you that you do owe money.
Wrong charge
A gold member, an incorrect charge of $319, more than 3 months to resolve the issue, no calls from racv with updates, over 17 contacts by me. Totally unsatisfactory
Great App, but fuel saver function could be improved.
The fuel saver app has a fuel type setting. Can an additional option be added to show Diesel and Premium Diesel at the same time?
Can not use the old password ,
When you download this app, it will close your old password, make sure you renew the password and can not use the old one.

The amount of times racv have rescued me and other family members I am forever in debt to the drivers. Always have been kind, honest and empathetic to me. Thank you. Highly recommend
Dark mode app icon + design!
Love the functionality of this app, but I’m leaving a 1-star review for now as a bit of a nudge to get a dark mode icon and Liquid Glass support implemented. It’s a great tool, but the icon really sticks out on a dark home screen and breaks the clean, standardized look I’m trying to keep across my phone. I’d love to see it updated with those modern UI touches so it blends in better with the rest of my setup. I’ll be the first to update this to 5 stars once it’s looking a bit more current!

Gift card
Not the main purpose of the app but went to buy a gift card, selected Paypal for payment. A message pops up advising you will be diverted to Paypal for payment and it then just takes you back to the original Benefits screen. Tried a few times but unable to purchase using Paypal though shown as an option. Assume is a bug in the app, would be nice if this can be fixed

Not all functionality working
The fuel finder doesn’t work….it used to and now it barely registers any petrol stations.
Cheapest fuel servos missing
Not sure why the prices from the cheapest service stations are missing…..
Unreliable at best
Very disappointing especially in an age where companies want us to use their digital platforms, but those platforms are not equipped to handle upgrades to systems and products.
Spent several days sorting out a roadside payment issue that was made through this app. Money removed from my account, a ‘receipt’ sent from RACV to confirm payment. 10days later app still says payment required and no one can find said payment.
Once sorted was told it’s a known app issue and they are ‘working’ on a fix but are having trouble.
Start employing more staff RACV as I will telephoning my payments in from now on

Useless
Absolute garbage! Updated and paid my renewal 1/8/2025 today is 2/9/2025 and data is still wrong - not showing all my vehicles, drivers etc. Showing that my policy has expired yet they have my money in their bank. None of my nominated drivers have received their complimentary memberships and no one at RACV really cares/ have called RACV several times and none of their IT gurus know how to fix it .

App rubbish with biometrics
Every time I log into the app I have to put in my email address and password. Then the app says pick a PIN number (which I do) then do I want to enable Face ID (which I enable). Then the next time I log into the App the whole process of entering the email then password to login to login into the app then being asked to pick a PIN and enabling Face ID. Is this seriously that hard to fix?
