Great but
I am starting grade 4 ballet and I have been using this app for a while now and I noticed that you can’t see any previews of anything before you buy it. Why is that?
download keeps failing
It keeps saying “download failed” when i try and download my int foundation set, and my internet is absolutely fine and i have storage. $40 wasted!
No sharing - buyer beware
They REFUSE to allow family sharing, forcing you to PAY for the SAME thing if you have multiple children. They are aware but treat us like CASH COWS. Predatory behaviour, knowing the syllabus is only useful for one year and not allowing family sharing for siblings to utilise on their devices.
Badly made app
I purchased grade 5. It downloaded fine but whenever I tried to play something it wouldn’t work. I tried resetting big my phone but all it said was device offline you can watch content already purchased but cannot view or buy new grades .

Helps so much to get the syllabus quickly
Convenient but has issues
It’s great for the convenience of being able to quickly look up the syllabus, but certain features don’t work properly and other features that should really be there are missing. The most obvious issue is that grade 7 is missing. There are some glitches, e.g. Setting the playback speed to 0.5x, scrubbing, then pressing play causes the video to playback at normal speed, even though it says it’s still playing back at half speed. This gets annoying after a while. There should also be an option to mirror the video, so that you can dance along without struggling to translate the movements into the correct orientation in your head as you go. At the moment I have to face my iPad away from me and place a mirror in front of it to get the desired effect, which isn’t really very convenient.

Fundamental flaw - cannot cast to TV
My daughter is required to use this app to practice, however how is she expected to do that on a tiny iPhone screen? At least have a web based version where I can use a laptop? Just seems rediculous for the money I pay for this app.
Can’t transfer to another device
My daughter has her own iPad now but I’m not able to put it on her device. So every time she wants to use the videos she has to use my iPad. Very frustrating. Now I’m not sure whether to purchase the grade 3 video on my iPad or hers. If I purchase on hers then not all the videos will be on the one device. Could you please fix this?

I got this a week ago,and it was working fine.But now it refuses to play any of the videos.Very disappointed,because it was very useful.

Excellent resource
As a teacher, I love using this app alongside the syllabus books and music. I’m very much looking forward to grades 6,7 & 8 being available also. I would love the option of a mirrored version of the videos for following along with.
Doesn’t allow family sharing
Please update to allow family sharing. My daughter is old enough for her own device, it was not stated upfront that family sharing wasn’t enabled. I now have to let her use my device or pay again for it on her device. Please enable family sharing or refund me so I can purchase on her device.
Cannot use family sharing
I purchased the app for my daughter as I don’t allow her to purchase anything on her iPad but she cannot access the purchase on her iPad through family sharing to practice, so has to use my phone when she’d like to practice. Kind of defeats the purpose of having it
Where is Grade 6&7 female ballet?
This is a good app. The only thing I would say is disappointing is that there is no grade 6&7 female ballet, or grade 8 male or female ballet. There is grade 6&7 male ballet, but why is there no grade 6&7 female ballet? This app will have no use to me as I currently only need grade 6&7 female ballet.

No Family sharing and cannot rotate video to landscape
Average app but terrible set up with no support. App does not support family sharing and it also is locks in a portrait mode for the videos. I cannot rotate to watch in landscape.
No family sharing!!
Please fix family sharing. It only plays on my phone (and can’t rotate the videos to full-screen horizontal view so it’s tiny!) and I bought it for my daughter’s IPad. I now can’t share as it won’t allow family sharing. VERY FRUSTRATING!
Helpful but...
Is super helpful for classwork etc BUT it now won’t restore my purchases on one of my apple devices ( same Apple ID)! I contacted the address given on the app but they said it was a n Apple problem and now I stuck 🤦🏻♀️
