About

Hear your radar detector through the audio gear you already use. Radar Spoke connects to a compatible detector over Bluetooth Low Energy and turns its alerts into customizable spoken announcements and synthesized band tones. Listen through your iPhone or iPad’s current audio route, including a paired helmet headset, headphones, or car stereo. KNOW WHAT YOUR DETECTOR SEES • See live radar bands, signal strength, frequency, and direction when reported by your detector. • Hear voice alerts, band tones, or a short tone before each spoken alert. • Customize each band’s spoken phrase with direction, strength, frequency, and other available details. • Choose your voice, speaking rate, pitch, and voice boost. MAKE ALERTS WORK FOR YOUR RIDE • Select enabled bands and minimum signal strength. • Control repeat intervals and announcements for stronger signals or direction changes. • Optionally limit audio below a speed threshold using the detector’s GPS data. • Hear camera warnings reported by a supported detector’s GPS database. • Review announcements in the current session’s alert history. STAY CONNECTED Automatic reconnection, background Bluetooth listening, and Live Activities help keep detector information accessible. Open Radar Spoke before your trip. Force-quitting the app stops background listening. A compatible Bluetooth-enabled detector is required for live alerts. Designed for Uniden R4, R4W, R8, R8W, R9, and R9W detectors; features depend on detector hardware and firmware. Keep your headset or stereo paired with your iPhone or iPad and disconnect other detector companion apps before connecting. No account, ads, analytics, or tracking. Detector data is processed on your device. Radar Spoke is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Uniden. Alerts are supplemental information. Keep your attention on the road and follow local laws.
