Slow and kept frozen
Bring back the old version this is way too slow and frustrating.
Decent App, Terrible Drivers
Bought a dishwasher from JBHIFI and it was scheduled for delivery and installation with this company. Made sure that the driveway was available all day. Bikramjit Singh refused to deliver to my apartment, he drove past and claimed that there was no parking. I spoke to him on the phone while he was in my suburb told him that the driveway is free he told me that I would have to reschedule. He was both rude and aggressive on the phone.
I rescheduled delivery and his cousin Sukhpreet Singh was delivering the package this time. Once again the driveway was free. He called to tell me that he was 4-min away, I let him know that the driveway is available. It was a very pleasant call. I received a text message saying that the package is 2-mins away. He cancelled the delivery without speaking to me again.
Your employees are ruining your business. Sack them both and start fresh. Terrible customer service. If I could rate you below 1 star, I would.

Downloaded the App but can’t enter a profile as it says that my phone number isn’t correct? Tried all sorts of ways and won’t go past this point so deleted and gone elsewhere. Very frustrating

App is laggy when it does work. Glitches out frequently & deletes job progress without warning. A nightmare to use, user-friendly was not thought about when the code for the app was written.
Bad Update!!!
I’ve been a Radaro user for nearly 3 years now, I’ve been extremely satisfied with it since the very beginning, up until yesterday. The update has made everything so much harder to use. Functionalities are extremely inconvenient, no easy way to click on a job anymore, the map feature has declined instead of improving, most features are just so much more complicated and so much more inconvenient to use. Overall not impressed with it since the most recent update. BRING BACK OLD UPDATE PLEASE!!!
