Perfection minus 1
Love this app!! Every landscape, sunrise, sunset, twinkling lights photo I have pass through this app before I’m satisfied.
Please update app to save location metadata.
Im constantly copying and pasting location data for each of my thousands of outdoor photos that I edit through Radiance+.
Please and thanks

Error loading images
I really want to love this app. But when I select a photo to edit, it more often than not gives the following error message: “Cannot load representation of type public.”

Waaaaay tooooo expensive
The price is ridiculous for what the app offers.
Total joke. What are the developers thinking? Becoming millionaires over night with such a simple app? Insanely greedy!

Pretty good solution if…
… you want your photos on HDR capable devices to glow. For batch processing the sliders for amount and Balance need to be adjusted for a less powerful effect. The auto function is a bit too harsh for me.
Compared what other apps can do the price for Radiance is a bit too high

Cannot adjust HDR on certain area
Also lightroom now offer free HDR photo editing now, don't know this app still cost 30 dollar
very overpriced
does what it says, but reduces free usage to 75% quality HEIF and a huge watermark.
The Quality Setting being paywalled, that I can get behind, but a 3€ monthly subscription or 35€ one-time purchase is way too much for an not actively anymore developed app that does one trick - the massive watermark makes it basically useless without shelling over the huge subscription fee.
Suggestion: Remove the watermark from the free tier, or better yet: set a 5€ or lower one time purchase price - only that would be reasonable.

super cool !
any way you can make this work with videos ? would be amazing. thanks. (:
Great results but can’t share with others
When I try to share the HEIF files it generates with others on iMessage it sends as just SDR. Unsure why. Sending as a video works but that’s a bit clunkier and not ideal.
Is this intended behavior? Is this a known limitation?

Doesn't save my balance/power adjustments?
I'm able to produce amazing EDR results on my DSLR photos in this app, particularly when I dial in the "balance" and "power" settings to my lkiking. I also love having Shortcuts integration!
Unfortunately, when I save my EDR images back to Apple Photos, they always display at the same EDR intensity — and it's often much more than I want. No matter what values I give for the balance/power settings in Radiance, Photos shows precisely the same output.
Unfortunately, the same thing happens in batch mode using Shortcuts, making this app interesting but ultimately not useful for my photography until this bug is fixed. I paid for the full lifetime unlock, so I am hoping this is addressed soon.

FINALLY!
I have been trying to figure out how to do what this app does for years now. Extensive googling brings up nothing, probably because it's so hard to describe the extra luminance that you get from iphone photos when they are displayed on apple devices. This worked exactly how I had hoped!
Glow missing ☹️
When I add the “glow” and save it to my photos on iPhone 12 Pro it looks fantastic BUT when I post the photo on social media it doesn’t post the “glow” with it. Very disappointing!
Instant HDR
Radiance+ is sort of essential for modern photographers mixing iPhone and DSLR/mirrorless pictures. Even if shooting bracketed HDR with a DSLR the file won’t be properly tagged to switch the iPhone display to the super bright HDR like in-phone photos. This appears to be the only app to be able to do so. Exporting an image as a still video also properly adds the HDR tag for apps that recognize HDR videos but not photos.

Create HEIC Stills that absolutely pop off
Yes, this little app seems to be the only way to take *ANY* still image source and turn it into an EDR image that makes your HDR apple display pop off. This allows me to shoot RAW with my DSLR in highlight tone priority and convert the highlights into EDR data that pops off and gets bright like HDR video.
I'm giving it 4 stars for being the only solution out there right now that I can find. It will get 5 stars once there's batch conversion or a command line interface of some sort.

Really works!
This app does exactly what it says. I keep a lot of photos from my DSLR/MILC in my camera roll, and ever since getting my iPhone 12 it’s annoyed me that those photos look worse than photos taken on my phone due to flat highlights. No more! This app makes it a cinch to upconvert those photos to glorious HDR.
Only issue I ran into (once) was banding after converting an image, but I strongly suspect that’s due to the photo itself and no fault of the app.

See your photos in HDR!!
One of the things that makes iPhone XS, 11-13 photos really stand out is viewing them on an HDR display (such as the phone or iPad screens). Side by side, my professional DSLR camera photos appear flat on an HDR display. This app lets me convert those photos so that they display as HDR images. This developer has done an incredible job bringing this capability to every photo in my library! Thank you!
One feature request: Bulk processing. Would love to be able to select multiple photos, or even every photo in a specific album etc etc.
