Non funziona più con ios 26.4.1

Da qualche giorno non fa più accedere, continua a dare messaggio di request failed. Disinstallata e reinstallata continua a fare uguale. Se chiedo di recuperare password o di accedere con codice tramite mail il messaggio è lo stesso “request failed”
