Garbage
Love the place. But the app is trash. I can never log in. You can book but cannot log in to manage or see appointments
Looks promising but
I just went to one that opened recently here in Virginia yet the app doesn’t list anything at all for VA and the last update was 8 mos ago I’ll just stick to calling them to make an appointment.
Bad app
Every time I toggle out of the app it doesn’t remember what location I chose or what service I selected. It makes me pick this every time even if I toggle away to just check my calendar to see if that date/time works. Very frustrating.
Great idea, poor follow through
App sounds like a great idea but doesn’t work very well. It often searches forever (pinwheel of death) and instead of booking on the app, I end up having to call to make an appointment. Nice when it works, but so inconsistent that it’s frustrating to use!
OK App
It is nice to be able to easily book from my phone. However, I searched this entire app after I booked and could not find a place to manage my bookings. I forgot what time I had booked my appointment and I think it is pretty standard to have a section on apps like this where you can view upcoming appointments and be able to cancel them if need be. What I ended up doing is having to log into the website through the app, go to "my bookings", log in again through the website, and then it should me. It was a real pain. If that was fixed this would be a great app.
