Disabled access with no explanation
The app is good to connect, however my accounts messages cannot be seen and my profile is not available to be found by anyone. I’ve reached out to support a few times and they have not gotten back to me at all. The lack of feedback and customer support has been very disappointing.

I haven’t used this app in years, but I have to give it five stars for helping me find the love of my life. We met over music and a show we were both seeing, and now we’re coming up on four years together. Radiate has also helped me sell and buy concert tickets multiple times. At one low point in my life, a stranger even gave me VIP forest tickets for free and changed my trajectory for the better. Thank you for the magic Radiate!!

Only Has Big Names/City shows
I grew up in a small town going to small (100-5000 people) music festivals. Since music festivals can be pretty hard to find to hear about unless you “know someone,” I was ranting to a friend about it. They showed me this app recently , and They showed me all the high reviews. Apparently, They find all their festivals on this app. However, I am genuinely confused because (I wish I could submit the screenshots) I searched for every single festival I go to, and every one had the same message pop up: “Nothing Matches your search.” Including the festival I was at during the conversation with my friend. Naturally, I was very confused and disappointed, so I searched just the name of my state, and the only fests that appeared were the ones in the largest city in my state/neighboring cities. Over half of my state was completely empty. I refreshed. I zoomed. I searched different keywords. This is awful. If you like smaller festivals or slightly more rural areas, you are not going to find anything here. Good luck! Wish I could find it😒

old: Let us sort comments by minute so you can actually see who replied first, or notifications with time markers, let us admonish ppl in some way for bailing out after saying they'll buya ticket, had many flakes that hit up multiple ppl and bought from someone else after I told other ppl I couldn't sell it to them.
Vouch is an okay system, need the opposite where we can report people who flake.

Drugs
Mostly the app is just connecting people looking to buy and sell party favors. App is really unstable and freezes up all the time for me. Very active community though. But again mostly just tickets resale and drugs.

It’s such a good app to interact and connect with other rave enthusiasts compared to instagram. Love how you can follow up on future events and get to see everyone interact in the forums.

Heterchromatia wouldn’t recommend a young sudden wealth syndrome to anyone and& I experienced radiate shock and anxiety when it came out of a young age watching thousands of advertising addictions (I wanted to be there!) Pricing Math is Goofy in App
The app serves its purpose when it comes to connecting ravers, finding/selling tickets, but my main issue is how they display what the math is for the user’s payout when inputting ticket price. For example: I listed a festival ticket for $500 selling and the app says my payout is $480-something because Radiate takes a chunk, but then the ticket was posted as a $519 price. It’s confusing and I’m not sure how they programmed the backend but PLEASE fix that, Radiate. It adds unnecessary confusion. Are you double-dipping? Or did you program that wrong.

Marketplace isn’t safe
It’s possible to get scammed and seller on the marketplace. Raidate won’t help if issue happen, they claim PayPal security backs it up but each one blames eachother and you end up losing selling your ticket and not getting paid
Can’t access my old acc
I still get notification emails from my old radiate Account that’s not a Gmail. Are we able to transfer accounts over?
