Bezahlt für ein Jahr, plötzlich kein Login mehr möglich!

Ich habe gestern für ein Jahr bezahlt, wollte mich einloggen. Keine Verbindung mehr möglich. Über verschiedene Browser versucht. Nichts.

Interesting

Thanks to the AppStore I just discovered this application. At first the concept of how the application works is a little difficult to understand. Once you understand the operation and the concept it turns out that it seems very interesting - a principle very different from that of any other classical music streaming solution - and probably makes it easier to discover works that you don't know yet. Allowing an annual subscription is also a good idea, barely after discovering the application I let myself be tempted hoping that the audio quality would be up to par.

Tolles Angebot und erstklassiger Support

Ich kannte schon die kostenlose, werbefinanzierte Version von Radio Art.
Dass Musikangebot hat mich in vielfacher Hinsicht überzeugt, weshalb ich gerne zur werbefreien Version (d.h. kostenpflichtigem Jahresabo) gewechselt bin.
Für mich jeden Tag ein großer Genuss!
Auch der Support ist super. Ich hatte ein Problem mit der App-Bedienung, dass sehr kompetent und schnell gelöst wurde.
Insgesamt 5 Sterne für das Angebot und den Support.

Great tech support and range of listening options

Listen every night. Great selection of relaxation choices…and other genres i have yet to explore.
Had some is w Sonos and tech support was Lamborghini level helpful.

I’ve been looking for a service like this for a long time.

The music selections are carefully curated to deliver a relaxing feeling.

I log in when I want to read or at the end of the day when I like to enjoy classical pieces.

The sound quality is above average which is a plus.

A few issues

The interface need work. Green text on green background is hard to see. I thought My Radio would play random tracks from selected stations but all it does is play stations in order for a set time. Some instrumental stations play vocal tracks. Tracks or artists are too frequently repeated. Some tracks fade out when they are not supposed to the ending is just as important as the rest of a track especially in jazz. I would like a Cool Jazz instrumental station because the current Cool Jazz station has vocal tracks that aren’t really Cool Jazz.

Amazing support team

I had the best experience communicating with the support team for a technical issue. I did not expect such a fast email reply first explaining the issue then giving an estimated time for the fix, which was only 30 minutes. When I checked back in 30 minutes, the issue was indeed resolved. I was absolutely amazed, pleased and feeling being valued and respected - even though I am just a customer using their free user access. This is truly a company that I would respect back and wish the best for them to grow big so they can serve more people with their wonderful selections of music!

No way to listen after subscribing…

I subscribed (easy)… After that a labyrinth…
I like Vivaldi… I still have these pesky advertising every 1 minute 40 seconds… I have a strong password that RadioArt choose… now I have no way to know what it is ….

かなりよい感じ

ここのAlohaチャンネルの選曲が好きだったので使いはじめましたが、JAZZもクラッシックもアコースティック系のチャンネルが充実していることが気に入りプレミアムに入りました。
RADIOTunesを使ってきましたが最近は選曲、音質ともにRadio Artの方が気に入っています。音質はビットレートは落ちるようですが柔らかくて聴きやすい印象です。2年契約だと1万ちょっとですしコスパもよいと思います。
星一つダウンはサポートがメール(英語)のみな点、メールはすぐにきますけどね。

Ein Login in der App war nicht mehr möglich. Nach Anfrage beim Support bekam ich am nächsten Tag eine Antwort. Nach der Vergabe eines neuen Passwortes war der Login wieder möglich.
Sehr gute und umfangreiche Programm Auswahl.
Support Anfragen wurden innerhalb von 24 Stunden beantwortet.

Don’t waste your money

The app is horrible. Crashes all the time and does not even let you log in. I paid a 2 year subscription for 78 dollars and every time I go and try to login it does not work. Wouldn’t recommend it to my worse enemy

Ideal for listening to instrumentals through EarPods

While much of Radio Arts rich library is available elsewhere such as Spotify, the ability to add two channels of nature sounds playing in the background makes this a unique experience. I enjoy for example playing the sound of a stream through one ear-pod and the sound of rainfall through the other while listening to music. The large selection of nature sounds offers a relaxing ‘outdoor vibe’ that has me wanting to listen all day-discreetly. And with individual volume controls for the background choices and the music choice, I can adjust how much music or how much background I’m listening to.

The music choices are comprehensive, categorized well, informative, and beautifully illustrated. The app is easy to navigate and use through bookmarking favorites etc. I would suggest giving it a try for month and see if this app works for you.

Phenomenal Stations, Buggy App

I purchased Radio Art in order to enhance my meditation practice by playing music with nature sounds on my Sonos One speakers. Sadly the Airplay feature on the app is broken. When attempting to mix music and nature sounds with Airplay, the music will immediately stop playing the music and only play the nature sounds. This is frustrating because the app has such a wonderful selection of channels. I do hope they resolve this issue in the next update. I’d be happy to give it five stars at that point.
