And they made me wait 24 hour and than they gave me a wrong code
I texted them but they did respond at all!!

Simply terrible
Plain and simple. $15 for them to “generate” a code.
They guarantee a code within 5-30 minutes. After 6 hours they sent me an email asking for a picture of the radio, and after another 4 hours I seem to just have made a $15 dollar donation

Needed a radio code for my Jetta RCD510 replacement radio. Dealerships used to provide codes for free, but that’s no longer the case. Received code in about 3 days and it worked perfectly! Thanks!
