App Drop

For unknown reasons the app quits playing on my iPhone XV Pro Max when I open another app (without closing this one) OR when I return to the home page!!! I use this app on my iPhone 6S and iPad 9 with no problems.

I have deleted and reinstalled the latest iteration of this app at least a half dozen times, restarted my phone, and called Radio Hamrah to register a complaint. So far no one has responded or offered a solution.

I even called Apple and together with their tech support team we scoured my phone for any system or software issues. No system issues. Software is up to date. No glitches.

Perhaps the app developers can help!

This app is really weak when it comes to staying connected. It only works when screen stay active, which really annoying especially when driving, and most of the time switch between connecting and disconnecting to the vehicle
