For unknown reasons the app quits playing on my iPhone XV Pro Max when I open another app (without closing this one) OR when I return to the home page!!! I use this app on my iPhone 6S and iPad 9 with no problems.
I have deleted and reinstalled the latest iteration of this app at least a half dozen times, restarted my phone, and called Radio Hamrah to register a complaint. So far no one has responded or offered a solution.
I even called Apple and together with their tech support team we scoured my phone for any system or software issues. No system issues. Software is up to date. No glitches.
Perhaps the app developers can help!

Everything stop need to restart

This app is really weak when it comes to staying connected. It only works when screen stay active, which really annoying especially when driving, and most of the time switch between connecting and disconnecting to the vehicle
Disappointing
Extreme bad station, cheap, so they don’t have to pay for a better reception with all those continuous commercials. This radio is ALL COMMERCIALS anyways. Not a fan, I lost it.

Background plays
Can’t play as background play app needs to be fixed
Please fix this bug
The app doesnt play the sound of the show sometimes. No matter how many times you reopen or close the app nothing changes. I have to physically turn off and on my phone in order to get the app to play sound again. Sometimes removing the phone from silent mode fixes the issue but the moment your phone is locked, the sound also stops. Please fix this asap developer of this app. Its been going on for a 1 now.

This is the main listening media for me. It’s a blessing that Iranians have. Very great fuel to Dr. Holakouee and the team he has gathered.
No sound playing
This app used to work great, but recently, it has stopped working properly. The sound doesn’t play most times even with a good internet connection. I’ve tried reinstalling, but the issue persists. Hope the developers fix this soon!
Stops frequently
When open another app, this one stops working. If I receive a message, it goes on and off. Very annoying.

جناب دکتر زندگی خیلی از افراد و بهتر کردن، واقعاً قابل تحسین است. از استفاده از این اپ بسیار راضی هستم و حس میکنم همیشه یک همراه حرفهای در کنارم دارم.
اما یک مشکل کوچک وجود دارد که امیدوارم در بهروزرسانیهای آینده رفع شود. زمانی که صفحه گوشی قفل میشود، صدا متوقف میشود و این باعث وقفه در استفاده میشود. گاهی اوقات هم مجبورم اپ را ببندم و دوباره باز کنم یا حتی یک تا دو بار در روز آن را حذف و نصب مجدد کنم. امیدوارم این مشکلات برطرف شوند چون این اپ واقعاً ارزشمند است و نمیخواهم تجربه منفی داشته باشم.
تلفنم هم iPhone 16 Max Pro هست🤷♂️.
