It doesn’t bode well when an app has a just a single function, play video, and it doesn’t work

This does not seem as a legitimate KIIS FM radio app. I’m not sure how it passed iTunes app check. You will hear anything and it seems to look a bit suspicious.
I can’t hear anything
The bars at the top are moving like there’s sound, but I can’t hear anything.
