Im very sad hearing it will be discontinued. It has been touching my heart 24/7. Im very huge fan of this radio station and thank for something it has provided for us without annoying ads and also I'm really grateful to know numerous under-rated composers and listen their masterpieces. Radio Swiss Classic is a must
Have been enjoying Radio Swiss Classic for years (along with Radio Swiss Jazz) and consider this my first choice in uninterrupted Classical music. If you’ve not tried Radio Swiss Classic, give yourself the gift of music. Enjoy!
Speaker?
The music is wonderful. However, I would rather have it play thru my Sonos speaker. My house has internal Wi-Fi, if it “sees” my iPhone for airplay, why not my speaker?? Fix that and you get TEN stars!!!

I have been a swissRADIO classic fan for many many years. I often listen to it throughout the entire workday. Keep up the great work! PS The Jazz and Pop stations are great too!

My favorite Classical station
Simply some of the best selections available to stream. The free service is unbeatable.
Problems
I am also unable to get the application to respond. This has been my favorite music station for years. When will the service return to my phone. It works fine with TuneIn.
Love it BUT
The homepage has stopped displaying, it is just a blank page and the app will not start. This is a recent problem it worked fine before and I love it so I am disappointed it is not working and I cannot listen to it.

Best there is. Just beautiful music 24 hours a day. Could not be better.
Great classical music, no interruptions
I love and support our local classical station, but sometimes they're a little chatty for my mood, the pledge drives can be annoying, and they can repeat music too often for my taste.
Radio Swiss Classic is supported by the Swiss government, so there are no commercials or pledge breaks.
The only speech is station identification and announcing the pieces, and those are done by calm announcers in German; I find them pleasant and easy to tune out.
Also, the playlist is enormous, and they often go months between repeating works.

We have listened to RSC for years & love it! With this new app they've really brought our enjoyment to a new level: same excellent programming, but even MORE accessible from the iPad now. The ability to listen to pieces AGAIN, or sample future scheduled items is awesome! Thank you, Switzerland, for this magnificent service. It makes being stuck on a farm in N Florida bearable. 😎

Best classical channel
Have loved Radio Swiss Classic for years. Their music selection is unparalleled. Like the user below would be nice if it played while you access other apps or also if you could pause/play from locked screen.
The BEST classical app
Great app. An endless flow of nice music, and unlike other classical music apps, it reconnects reliably if the connection has a glitch. It helps if you can understand simple announcements in French, but not essential.
Best classical radio online
I was very excited to know about this App. Downloaded it and have been listening to my favorite radio station ever. I love the fact that it directs you to the iTunes or the option to tag the song and email to yourself or others.
