Taxi Late
I was going on a cruise and had a taxi on Monday 26 Aug (BH) to drop us off at Mayflower terminal in Southampton, I had asked for a large estate or minibus type vehicle. I was informed that we had a Suzuki Swace. All the luggage wouldn’t fit in the boot (there was three of us with three large suitcases and three small suitcases), the driver said that this was because of the large battery. The driver was moving house and had stuff in the boot that he left at our house and was picking up later. We managed to get the luggage that wouldn’t fit in between the two passengers in the rear seat, this wasn’t ideal but saved having to have another taxi. I rang the office to ask that the return taxi could be larger and a note was put on the booking. All I had to do was ring to confirm the time that we would be disembarking. I called at 0658 and informed the office that we would be disembarking at 0915 and would require the taxi at 0930 and reiterated that we would needs large estate or a minibus. We actually got off the ship a bit early and wanted at the taxi pick up point. I called again at 0949 and was informed that a taxi was on its way. I called again at 1008 and was informed that a black transit was 6 mins away. A couple f minutes later I was called by the office and informed that it wasn’t a black transit but a white Passat and that he was coming over the bridge and would contact me n arrival. The white Passat arrived at 1030 and I asked the driver what time he was allocated the job as we had been waiting since 0930, he said that he was allocated the job 40 mins ago, which meant that he was allocated the job when I chased the office up at 0948 and not at 0658 when I first called. The driver had informed me that he was just the driver, so I couldn’t really complain to him. Again all the luggage wouldn’t fit in and we had to have a small case on the passenger seat, I suppose it was better than the initial journey where we had two cases on the rear seat. I will be looking around for a different company next time. I will also be looking to see if there is an ombudsman for taxi firms or the local council to make a complaint

Got a new phone recently and i don’t get a code when it asks me for my mobile number….
Can’t book taxi
It just doesn’t work. Can’t book asap or scheduled. When works it’s good right now useless.
No code received
Unable to sign up to the app as it does not send a text with the code.
Useless app
Can’t remember a time in the last few months I’ve been able to book ASAP or even ahead of time.
App issues
For some reason don’t even let me open an account - I have sent the code to my telephone several times and never received it - it’s a shame because it is the only company I trust - and it’s some much comfortable to book a taxi on an app
Pointless pre-booking
Pointless app as booking in advance doesn’t seem to make a difference and can still doesn’t turn up on time.

Easy to use and you can pay cash or card through the app.
Amazing but a few issues
Usually really good, I don’t know if it’s my phone or many people are having the same issue but it won’t allow me to book any taxis at the moment, would you please fix this issue as it’s a reliable service which is always on time and is very convenient
