I’m having trouble opening my app and it seems to be stuck on the first page that appears when you tap on the app to open.

Download it on my grandpa iPad and it used to work then it stopped working on the iPad it works on most iPhones but I think cause my grandpa firmware is 9.3.5 it doesn’t work I open the app on the iPad and it just turns off .... is there a way to make Tonga radio work for all iOS . My grandpa is like sad that he can’t listen to it anymore ..
