I like to run the news and field recording streams into a variety of AU effects, and this is the operating ingredient part of that! I’d like to organize, tag, and edit stream specifications more, but it’s mostly fine!

Cannot remove recognized songs
It’s a great feature to grab the song while it’s playing on the radio so that you can later on search for it, however, there is no way right now of deleting the song once it’s in the list, please address this.

Works well on the Mac as well. The thing I love the most is when a radio song is playing you can save the info to the favourites folder should you want to buy or download it later from you fav tracker. I don’t think any other radio app does this. However, on the Mac there is no way right now to remove a favourite saved song. Please do address this issue.

Great...but...Midi Mapping
The last update ruined the experience to me, because of often insane loading times, connection issues, the Sadé channel frequently disconnects now (as an example. Some don’t connect at all. It was great as it was, please gove us an option to disable auto-song detection 😞

It works with AUM, DRAMBO. It would be perfect if you added the ability to use it with CarPlay, because it is simple, compact and works well.

I love having a radio plugin in any music ecosystem I'm playing in. Great to have a source of random audio to play with while creating improvised soundscapes.

Very useful
This is a great app for radio and capturing sound snips/textures inside Drambo to manipulate further. I would love to see more stations as I have tried to add more myself with the url function but it doesn’t seem to work? And can we get a pitch slider within the app to slow down radio in real time……. All hail King Drambo!

an endless cornucopia of sampling possibilities
this app + koala sampler auv3 app.. and drambo to host those two. all together you have an insanely inspiring concrete sampling force of nature. i personally love the solo flute, harp and piano stations.. along with the avant garde, experimental, modular station, drone (those are all keywords you could use to find those types of stations). not all the stations you search for will work (those just are silent) i think there’s a regional blocker going on that’s not the fault of this app. anyway, i love radio unit. way worth the price.

The so-called ‘seamless Integration with GarageBand’ is not so seamless.
As in… it doesn’t work.
Neither does it work in Logic Pro.
Works in AUM but that’s not why I bought it.
So that’s £3 I’d just as well have thrown down the road.

Excellent radio app!
I’m not a musician so don’t use it with an AUv or anything; however, there are tons of radio stations here from all over the world! Every genre, plus talk, that you could imagine. I especially appreciate how we can look up the name of the song playing and the artist. Highly recommended!
