Even with paid version, doesn’t work
Unfortunately no matter how I position the phone, or use of the “beast mode,” I cannot get a successful sync with my brand new Citizen tsuki yomi watch. I only give it two stars because it seems like some people can get it to work - but it’s junk for me.
Never worked for me but other app did.
Tried it every way possible. iPhone speaker, Bluetooth speaker, wired speaker, headphones every possible position. Wasted well over an hour. It never worked.
Maybe this works if you pay to unlock their beast mode but their free version will not work for my watch.
I tried a different paid App with initials C.W. and it worked first try with Casio 5161 moduled watch 12 o’clock position against iPhone 16 speaker.

No sound
It worked until the moment I paid for it. Now it doesn't work because it makes no sound. Feedback link in App Store leads nowhere.
Doesn’t Work.
Nothing I try works. The Casio simply will not sync. I put it in a dead silent room and full volume with the phone speaker 1mm from the watch. ERR. Always ERR.
Great app! Cannot restore purchase.
Really cool tool, I use it with my Casio, however I’m a little bummed I can’t turn on beast mode because I unable to restore my purchase.
It works
Wasn’t working at first, but tried again with wifi off on iPhone 14 Pro and synced successfully after a couple minutes. You need to hear clicking noises from the app, if you hear nothing it won’t work.
I have a G Shock 5000u and 5610u, when I don’t wear one for a week it goes in power saving mode and the time is off. Handy to sync the watch manually, I recommend the app.

Sync worked for Citizen Radio Controlled watch
This was amazing my watch synced with atomic time keeping with this app broadcasting the frequency. Amazing.. i appreciate for making this app.
Use once then pay???
I thought this app was free. Messed around and got it to work. Following day I thought I'd try it again and post a video on how good it worked, then discovered have to pay to use it the second time... What the AF??? Needless to say I might go with the other one. At least you know you have to pay up front. I'm not a fan of bait and switch.

Does not work
I don’t know if the app ever worked, but what’s definite is that it doesn’t work anymore as-of 2026-03-17. Save your time and pay the $2 for Clock Wave, which does actually work.
Set 3 Different Clocks
This app is absolute sorcery in the best possible way. I have three “atomic” clocks sitting around. One of them had NEVER had a successful sync, and none of them will pick up WWVB in my current south-facing apartment. I was skeptical that this app would work, but to my astonishment, it set all three of them in under five minutes, including the stubborn one that has never had a sync in probably 10 years. I instantly bought the paid version out of sheer gratitude. Amazing!

Вот когда все эти подобные приложения научатся сами включаться в нужное время и делать это все автоматом, тогда да, имеет смысл их скачивать, а так это просто демо игрушка не несущая ни какой практической пользы…

Title says it all. Place your Casio on top of your phone near the speakers, increase the volume and wait patiently for it to sync.
App stopped working iOS 26
The app now has a weird sound added to it that I don’t remember and my watch won’t update anymore with it
One time use
The app does work as intended. I suggest using a Bluetooth speaker to boost the signal. I got my watch to sync which was great. Sadly it is a one time deal as advertised. When I opened it back up to get another clock set weeks later the application requires the membership to do anything. Not beast mode, but the regular advertised function.
