I hope they fix this major problem

The app is great when it works, but that is extremely rare. My college radio station, which I work for recently signed up and got our station on this app. We were excited, but in my experience, I really can’t listen when I want to because the app often does not want to actually play the music, although someone right next to me can with their phone but then the person next to him can’t get it to play. It’s real weird, you can try opening and closing the app. You can try deleting the app and re-downloading it. You can try restarting your phone, but it usually doesn’t do anything. Basically this app only work sometimes when it wants to work, it won’t work for hours at a time, and is extremely frustrating. Some people at my station don’t have this problem at all and some people who work at my station or who listen to the station have this problem constantly. I see reviews from years ago with the same complaint, so I don’t know how this app can still be that unstable/buggy after all that time. Will update this review if the app gets better, but first impressions are everything…

Great! But…

I’m mostly writing this review to see if I can get the developers attention 🙏🏾 The main reason my station joined with this service was so that we could use the chat feature with our listeners. However more often than not, our listeners can’t even send a message with the chat feature. They press send and the message disappears, never to be seen again. When messages do go through, we’ve discovered that our DJ’s have to reload the Moderator page in order to view the message. This makes Polls and Contests useless and our station has suffered a bit for it. Has anyone else had this problem? I’d give the app 5 stars if only this feature worked. All other features have been wonderful.

Ok but randomly silences playback

It’s nice to have an app that I can use to listen to my local college radio without streaming from their website or buying an actual radio. While there are at least a couple of things I would change about the app, my only real complaint is that playback sometimes randomly goes silent without being paused. When this happens, no amount of pausing and playing will get it to resume playback. Only closing and restarting the app fixes it.

Please fix issues.

I love this app because I can listen to my sister on her college radio. I Listen every Friday and Monday, but the sound stops frequently I have to restart my phone at least twice during her two hour shift. Sometimes that doesn’t work and I have to delete and redownload at least once a shift. It is very frustrating. I even tried downloading it on my husbands phone and it does the same thing.

Previous issues fixed related to app randomly shutting down! But still is awkward to login

There really needs to be a login option when you first launch the app. Here’s how I had to login:

Sign up > enter name > enter birthday > enter gender > enter phone number > username already exists > sign in > error: user not found > *relaunch* > skip registration > option panel > login > enter phone number > conform phone number > SUCCESS!

Can’t listen with headphones

This kind of defeats the purpose of having a mobile app...
