User reviews

Very well done app!

I’ve been using Winlink from a laptop for years. Now I can do everything from my phone and UV-PRO on the go.

Not intuitive as previous version

I’m not sure I like this version of RadioMail as much as previous. Yes it seems more “polished”, but it’s not as easy to navigate as before and it also seems to be missing some stuff. Like I can figure out how to connect to a KISS TNC(digipi) on the same network like before. Please fix this or I’ll just keep using the old version.

Response from developer

Thanks for the feedback. The new version has changed quite a bit and takes some getting used to. The KISS TNC connection is still there. DigiPi’s KISS TNC runs on Direwolf, which announces itself on your local network while it’s running. To connect: 1. On the DigiPi, start KISS TNC. 2. In RadioMail, tap Add Device. 3. Select your DigiPi from the list. App Store reviews aren’t the best way to get support, because we can’t reply back and forth or ask for details here. For questions like this, please post on our support forum at forum.islandmagic.co, where we can follow up until it’s resolved and the answer helps other users too. We’d also like to hear what else you miss from the previous version.

Worked perfectly

I just downloaded this app, set it up, and used it in both packet and Internet mode. Everything seemed to work perfectly after I remembered how to do everything.
