Version Update Needed ASAP!!
If I could rate this app, it would be zero stars. My gym uses this app and the previous version was very basic and outdated, and needed a refresh but upon the most recent upgrade the developers took away the features and functionality users liked. Honestly this app needs a new version update ASAP to correct the issues and add back some of the previous functionality. Creative Fitness Solutions LLC, should be embarrassed of the “upgrade app version” they completed. - that is how bad this app is! The newest version does not have a gym leaderboard, gym members can view to see where they rank within the members ranking. This is a feature that is very much missed by our members and I have noticed a decline in attendance due to the leaderboard information not being publicized. In addition, members were able to update their profile, which added a sense of community and friendly competition Another feature they need to bring back is the history of class attended, before the update you could see your complete history but now only the last 7 days is shown. If the complete history data is not realistic to provide, I would suggest showing the last 30 days. Another issue is the history data is incorrect. The date of the class does not reflect correctly when you go into the details, it is off by one day. The number of gym check-in points was removed and was a nice feature so gym members were able to see how many points they need to purchase something from the gym shop. When booking a cycle class the bike number assigned would reflect on the app, but now this information is no longer accessible. This causes class check-in delays since the front desk has to look up and advise which bike number riders are on. There is no valid reason why this information should have been removed from the most recent upgrade. Now my gym has to staff additional front desk clerks so they can assist with the check-in process since everyone asks “what bike number am I on?” Which adds a delay to the start of class and is very annoying to members. The fitness App features are to enhance the scheduling process, which makes me question if these developers even workout or test their own app. There is only one new feature which I actually do like. The added feature under profile, reflects the number of classes you have attended reflects. Again I encourage Creative Fitness Solutions LLC to make significant updates immediately and release a new version update to resolve some of the issues I have outlined above.
