At first I was scared to use the app but I just Risked it since I had no other choice and it turned out to be one of the best app I have ever used for offshore transaction although quite expensive on the speed side but Atleast my transaction went through at exactly the said arrival date

Delay in payment request

Sent money via the app and 3 days after, my money is still in progress. No communication as to why there is a delay.

Also, no way to reach customer other than posting message publicly and hoping that someone will read it. At least, provide a way to reach customer care publicly via the app.

I was skeptical about using the app initially but because I gave them benefit of a doubt and here I am. So, disappointed.

I just hope I receive the money I sent via the app

Fast and reliable!

I was a bit skeptical at first but I took the shot. I reached out to a customer service agent just to further convince myself. I was properly attended to by the way. Lo and behold, within 24hrs my payment was completed. Kudos to the team.
