New customer - troubles already
I'm a new radius customer, so I was hoping for a smooth start and some fuel savings, but looks like the app will prevent that. It's obvious to anyone reading the reviews that development of this app is not proactive or responsive. Lots of one star reviews already and I add mine in the hope this will spur Radius into action!! The app fails to go beyond your spinning logo! If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would.

Think it's time to leave
absolutely rubbish since the last update, every time i attempt to log in ( i need to send tracking links 2/3 times a day) i have to go through the verification process. i'm already considering leaving radius as some of their customer service staff haven't got a clue for example, one of my trackers keeps dropping out, customer service response, it's in the wrong position in your vehicle, move it.

I am fed up to the back teeth of this app keep logging me out and then when you go to log back in it keeps coming up with you have entered the wrong email or password.when I am using the same password and email that I have always used then you get completely logged out for too many attempts
Won’t allow to log in using app
Won’t allow me to log in. Every time i try, it says “user session has expired, please log in again”. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling app multiple times, resetting my password, and still no success. I can log inperfectly fine on the website, but the app simply doesn’t work. Everything was fine before latest update when biometric login is required. This issue has been going on for more than a month now and still hasn’t been fixed

Updated the app in the last couple of days and I literally see the startup for a fraction of a second before I’m returned to the Home Screen on my phone. App currently inaccessible
Misleading
They advertised the cards as being able to get money off petrol/diesel transactions. This has not happened, I’ve messaged via the app, emailed querying this, never had a response.

New version gives a blank screen for a second and then closes down!

I enjoy the fact I can use the card at any Fuel station although discounts vary from 5 p per litre to 1/2 p.
