Don't loose connections in the globalised world. • Your rough area only — friends see you within ~1 km, ~5 km, or just your city. Your exact spot is never shared unless you choose it. Go hidden any time. • Friends only — nobody sees you without your say-so. Every connection is a request you accept. • Drop a status — "coffee at Borough Market " — and it expires on its own. • Pings — nudge someone nearby. When they accept, you unlock each other's contact card. • Plans — turn an accepted ping into a time and place.
