Why does my multibillion dollar company use this app for me to deposit checks???? Because I don’t have the slightest idea. It doesn’t even work 95% of the time.
Buggy all the time. However this one is new
I can’t sign into the app because it tells me I have to update. I go to the App Store and it doesn’t even give me the option to update. Nor does it reference the release version that the app did when it wouldn’t let me login. The app says 3.0.7 but the release in App Store is only 3.0.6
Usually it let me log in but just crashes, insists I scanned the check wrong or various other issues that require me to keep scanning or manually entering the totals over and over again.

Unable to Update
App keeps saying update to latest version, App Store doesn’t have an option to Update just to Open. Stuck in a loop.
Frustrating
The application has some failsafe measures that are often wrong. I will scan a check and periodically it will kick it out, saying that I scanned the same side of the check, that something couldn’t be determined, or some other weird, random thing that doesn’t make sense. Then it deletes both images and makes me retype in the amount. 100% of the time the app is wrong in all of these assumptions.

Totally Unreliable
This app is terrible. It constantly times out during deposits, checking deposit history and while logging in and out. Multiple restarts and deletion of the app are required to get it to work.
Constant errors and crashes
Constantly tells me I have 2 front scans and makes me restart. Currently on attempt #6 of the same check so I took a time out to write this review
Never works
Thank god most of my customers don’t pay by check anymore. Slow, inconsistent. I wish my company would use a better platform.
Does not work on a consistent bases
It recognizes the from of the check as the back and keeps asking me to flip the check over, very inconsistent as to how many attempts I have to do for it to finally recognize and accept the checks, very frustrating!! Terrible app to do business on! Not recommending period!!!!

The app has gotten way better since my last review. Now it works with all the checks I deposit. I’m changing my 1 star rating to 5 stars.

I’ve been scanning with my phone for years with other apps, including Zions, and they just work. I know about having contrast in the background, taking nice sharp images, having the check centered, but this app just DOESNT work. It always has a problem.
One positive thing about it is that by being so bad, it’s actually forcing me to tell customers to give me their bank details to make auto bank transfers. This way I don’t have to worry about the account (or shudder at the thought of getting a check from them)
The app has gotten way better since my last review. Now it works with all the checks I deposit. I’m changing my 1 star rating to 5 stars.

Was horrible. Now much better
When my company made us switch to this app for depositing checks it was absolute trash and had so many issues. Now it thankfully works much better. Given how critical this is to my job I hope they continue to stay on top of it.

You have the worst checking app that has ever been created and you can do updates at anytime. Wish I didn’t have to give a star to rate!

App says I need an update but when I click on update it does not show the new version just takes me back to needs update so I cannot use app
Worst App I’ve ever used
Most frustrating and disappointing app I’ve ever seen. The tough part is this is tied into my job and has made my life so much harder. I have customers that are waiting for me to scan an check and I spend 30 minutes wasting my time and no scanned check. Shame on you guys. You are literally effecting my job with your atrocious app.

Image capture is awful
*** Updated Review - The updated image capture feature has resolved all issues I’ve had in the past with this app. All features are easy to use and deposits are completed quickly.
My company switched to this app recently and while there some positive features, the image capture component is incredibly poor. Nearly every check deposit requires multiple attempts which is both tedious and time consuming. Recently announced upgrade to improve this problem has so far not done so.
