App force closes
Ever since I downloaded this app, it has not allowed me create a profile. The app always force closes at once I click on ‘I’m a new Radix Wallet user’.

Fix the Seed phrase issue
Every time I try to import my seed phrase from my old phone into a new phone, the app glitches and crashes. Been like this for months. Unacceptable.

By far one of the easiest apps to use & I love the idea of identifying yourself as different personas. The wallet is really easy to use & I have many of my friends involved into this ecosystem. I hope they continue to do great things
Really bad connection
I had an issue trying to connect with the Browser connector and reached out to the Support who prompt replied first but I tried to do what they said also tried to use the mobile version to connect to the rewards website and doesn’t work. A task that should take 6 minutes is taking over 5 days and still nothing. it is unacceptable

So slick, so clean, and being able to see exactly what will happen and set guarantees BEFORE you sign the tx is a huge leap forward for crypto. This is how crypto wallets should be… but truth is, it’s only really possible on asset oriented chains like Radix and EGLD. This is the future….

I have been invested with crypto since 2021 thanks to a help of an amazing close friend. After going through 3 years of learning about this asset class; I can confidently say this is by far one of the best and easiest application you could use. The teams transparency is phenomenal and its very easy to use for those who are newcomers into this ecosystem. I would really suggest looking into the project as a whole and allocate some $$$ into this project. Firm believer it will be a top 25 cryptocurrency in market cap.

Radix Wallet - main issue
Token balances don't always update once incoming transactions have cleared on the blockchain. Sometimes for many hours or even days. Very frustrating when you need to trade at a moment's notice. Deleting the app and reconnecting wallet seems to fix the problem - until it happens again. Definitely a bug that needs fixing.
