I just bought the this drone and I try to login but after I put my information in it just keeps on saying “please use correct format” maybe they want me to write Chinese but in America I can’t do that. So now I am left unable to use the app.

I've come across a few comments about the app not connecting properly and showing no internet connection, they just don’t try hard enough to find a solution. In my experience I found that turning the WiFi off and on a few times helped resolve the issue. While the app didn't sync perfectly for drone calibration, I was able to use the remote control that came in with the package effectively. The real-time video and picture capture worked well, although the quality wasn't top-notch. Considering the price point, I believe this drone is a good option for kids and beginners. I'm delighted that my grandson can fly it without any issues and is thoroughly enjoying it. 👍

This app is awesome for a beginner I just started playing with my drone and could not stop the camera is ok not a really high quality but it has many features this app is easy to use.

The drone does not connect to the app the WiFi to the drone says no internet connection

GREAT
First, all of the 1 stars talking about the camera not working just didn’t take their time and think. You connect to its wifi. Second the camera isn’t the Best But for a beginner it’s great!

Only the camera turns on. The control on the remote is different from what appears on th e app and there no instructions on how to start and take off

Does not connect to the drone. Hard to login. When trying to reset login info - in shows responses in Chinese. Not every one can read Chinese in United states. Maybe these drones should not be sold in USA then?..
