I’m just rating the application here. Store content is another problem.
The app crashes when checking out.
Your website can’t add items to shopping cart.
Search function is not working well
Many other problems I can’t recall.
One would think you would use the coronavirus pandemic to get customers in, but you are doing a lousy job.

Excellent online service
I am feeling so blessed to get excellent fresh and good quality vegetables and fruits as well as all grocery and personal goods at my door step adhering to all safety precautions well packed and on time scheduled delivery by Rafeeq. The best grocery delivery service in Oman, the app is very easy to use and find all what you need, the delivery was on time, you just need to select your convenient time slot, i highly recommend it for busy moms like me, now i don't have to wast my time in hypermarkets.... the app also allows you to leave your comment in case you have any special request which is not listed.
