Charge you without your consent

I downloaded this app for a couple giveaways and purchased tokens for only two uses. I finished what I needed but still had the app on my phone. Little did I know they were charging me a weekly fee for no reason. About $16 a month for 3-4 months. I tried getting a refund through the App Store and they denied me. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Price

I bought a 5,99€ packet with 24 coins available. Each give away costs 4-6 coins simple or pro giveaway. I open the app after 10 days for my next giveaway and the coins were gone without any actions from me. Also the app tries repeatedly to take me 5,99€ again as a standing order. There isn’t any notice that If you pay one time it’s something like a monthly payment to keep the app. I have already send an email to delete my bank details! This is really absurd.
