Makes it easy

I tried other similar apps before and it’s never as easy as they say, but Rafi all you do is copy and paste and poof ready to pick a winner! Very good app.

Charge you without your consent

I downloaded this app for a couple giveaways and purchased tokens for only two uses. I finished what I needed but still had the app on my phone. Little did I know they were charging me a weekly fee for no reason. About $16 a month for 3-4 months. I tried getting a refund through the App Store and they denied me. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

You can cancel anytime in the App Store: tap your profile photo > Subscriptions > Rafi > Cancel Subscription. About the past charges, please reach out from the app's help section so we can review your account and do our best to make this right.

Entrei no app para comprar créditos para realizar um sorteio que equivale a 16 créditos, ao finalizar a compra deu erro e após tentar novamente foi cobrado o valor 2x no meu cartão, e no app aparecia apenas créditos de 1 compra. Fui realizar o sorteio e o app não computou todos os comentários para o sorteio, usou apenas de duas pessoas. Tive problemas, com reclamações, tentei realizar o sorteio novamente e de novo não computou todos os comentários, tive que buscar por outra plataforma para realizar o sorteio, ou seja, gastei de novo. Pedi o reembolso, e nenhuma resposta, péssimo App, e péssimo suporte.
