App doesn’t work. tried everything from resetting the password to trying existing passwords and still nothing. Typical of AlBait’s mediocre service.

I’m unable to login with Rafiq App. I just updated app. and now getting message as “Internal Server Error”
Qibla direction wrong
Assalamu alaykum. Since I installed the Rafiq app I liked it, it has various features, however the Qibla direction often very much wrong. I was facing the Kaba from 100m away, the kaba was front of me and it’s direct me at my back. If I go somewhere I don’t know where is qibla and I use this app then I won’t know either it’s correct or incorrect. My humble request please check it.

App won’t update
App says to update but nothing happens when you try to update. Doesn’t force the update. Can’t use the app
Broken after I tried to update
I installed the beta version, and it was partially functional. Later, I received a formal email from Albait regarding the official launch. When I clicked the provided URL to update the application, it entered an infinite update loop to update. It’s not functional at all.

Tried to register several time on and off WiFi but wouldn’t work. I enter the password and when I click save nothing happens. I tried to reset password and it can’t find my account because the registration did not work.

Great app that has all the information needed in one place with a simple interface.

After Updating the app it’s now showing data but some wrong information.
1. Title shows 23 days package clearly but in the information and dates mean 19 days even says in the bottom 19 days ???
How you took away 4 days ? If you count 2 days of outward and inward flight date still not 23 days but 21 ‼️
2. Madinah is after Hajj but shows date before Hajj, it should be from 8th July as schedule but shows 23 June to 2 July ‼️

No option for password reset🤔

App is not opening even after re installing on I phone 13. Please sort it out as there are few weeks left in HAJJ 2023
App not working on Iphone
On IPhone once you login you have only a blank black screen and this happening on IPhone 13 and IPhone 14. How is that possible? This is not only related to myself to many other hajjis.
