So Powerful
What I like most is that you can build exactly what you need, but you don’t always have to start from scratch. Ragic provides templates that already work really well. For example, we use the inventory system they provide and it works great for us, so there was no reason to rebuild something that was already done well.
It completely changed how we operate. Processes that used to be scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and different apps now live in one structured system that actually fits our business.
The mobile app could use some enhancements and polish, but it works and gets the job done in the field. Most of the improvements I’d suggest are visual and usability related rather than functional. The core capability is already there, and I’d be happy to provide suggestions if the team ever wants input from someone running a full business system on it.
Ragic is incredibly powerful and flexible, and it’s been a huge asset for our company.

Many issues
-Validations do not work
-Security is not consistent across web and iOS
- Cannot save login/credentials
-For on-premise option, user must input URL every time
-No app notifications
-Links in email notifications do not open in app
