Banned for no reason
I played for a week and out of no where my account was banned. No reason why just banned.
Stuck after making a character at very first loading screen
I also have a character on my account from playing previously. So I downloaded the game then to continue had to download 2 gigs. Then gave me another 1.5 gig delete files warning can’t continue until I do.. so I go delete other files to make space.. come back then it asks if I want to play or play while downloading in the background. I’ve tried both but once I get past choosing my character or creating a character I get stuck forever at the very first loading screen.. the one that says level 1-10 if I create a new character or the one with their artwork if I choose to play my main character from the past. Either way I can sit here for over 30 minutes and just watch it spell out loading over and over which means at least it’s not freezing the client but either way it’s not getting anywhere.. sorry for such a low rating but if I can finally play again or hear from developers or something I will definitely increase it.

Was good but now too complicated
I played this since launch in 2019. It was hard to keep up and they just keep adding more and more systems without retiring older ones. Everything stayed relevant, which is a bad thing. Too much to keep up with so I stopped playing. Was fun while it lasted.
Bring Back Channels
Condensing all players to a few channels is a horrible change for both gameplay and performance. Please revert to having 30+ channels.

I changed classes and I can’t even auto battle because the Auto Attack skill button is gone.
All I have are thief skills that are passive and I can’t battle because the auto attack skill is not on the skill menu.

I made a purchase a big cat coins for the firsg time and purchased the wrong amount. So I requested a refund which the apple did. But when I try to open the app there is a system notice that I need to repay for what I refunded and cannot open my account. I ask for the help of CS but they insist that I need to repay!

Honest Review. Long time Ragnarok RO player.
I played Ragnarok RO since the early 2000’s and this mobile game is very similar to the experience there, with some minor details missing; like the merchant. The game is okay, but there’s a ton of self-play element and often feels the user isn’t even playing the game. It’s not super-saturated in micro transactions, but as any mobile game they’re overpriced and not worth getting. I did pay for premium however and noticed once you unlock a few things on your main character that are premium from the monthly, or even paid for on the store for a few USD, you cannot share them to your alternative characters, or re-buy those cheap one-offs on their store for the secondary character. I find this odd that a company would block their own ability to monetize a system. Doesn’t seem very well thought-out. My only other erk is that why does the archer shooting a Yoyo sound like someone slapping a child? If you played this game in public with the sound on, you may get weird looks…

It’s pretty ironic but it seems like the consensus is you would likely make more $$$ (the only language Gravity speaks) with less p2w mechanics. Monetize cosmetics and have a monthly battle pass with 2-3 tiers max. Seems like you’d retain more players, the IP could revive and bring back a lot of players. People are sick of this.

I’ve been playing Ragnarok for PC since 2003, and the company’s neglect is nothing new. No real updates, developers don’t care about player feedback, and let’s be honest — Ragnarok has always been a full-on gacha. They push you to spend tons of money just to stay competitive. Every year there’s a “new” Ragnarok, but it’s always the same team behind it. The president of Gravity is useless — they’ve ruined the PC game over the years and are now destroying the mobile versions with the same greedy mindset.

No refund Policy for this game
When there system charge you double by error. And you ask refund for the extra purchase. Their system will deduct double amout of big cat coin in game. In other words. U are forced to pay double for something you don't want. And the service team will just tell you because they not recommend any refund.
