Too Greedy and Punishing
Refining and SE level upgrading have become absurdly expensive and punishing. The game pushes players into spending just to keep up, and the success rates feel intentionally designed to fail. It’s no longer fun when progression is locked behind aggressive monetisation.
Add Russian language to the Global version pls
The game looks really fun and f2p. But… guys, absence of Russian language in the Global Version doesn’t look nice. I hope you guys will able to fix it

I’ve been playing this game for a while and while I’ve enjoyed playing the game especially my class (battle priests).. one of my regrets was not quitting before. The devs here follow CN’s statistics and in-game situation without (or at least not much) consideration to global’s game stuation. The current patch had majority of players angry. I wouldnt recommend this game.

Trash game
The imbalance between whales and normal players is beyond repairable, don’t spend any money on this game, you’ll regret it, and will never be in range to compete, and I already spent 5k trash
TOO MANY ALT ACCOUNTS
This is a very competitive farming game. For F2P, you will need a lot of alt accounts, leave your phone/laptop on 24/7 to farm levels, and hunt bosses [in team] every 2 or 3 hours and every day.
For the same reasons, a lot of people would run the entire team of 5 accounts hoarding all good drops (and btw it snowballs). That’s the only way to ensure you don’t get left out of the game because everyone has alt accounts and they do NOT need you. It absolutely destroyed the game for everyone else. Casual playing is not an option when your main-and-only account does less than 10% of the dmg of someone else’s 1 alt account when they run 4 alts and a main. This issue could be easily taken care of by isolating IP address. I hope the game stops these alt madness. Lots of us want to experience the game without having to run 5 accounts.

Boring
I used to play the original one decades ago and so different compared to this one.. I like the old version better… This is way too boring. I wasted my time for few hours just doing automatic quest.
Logging in issue
I cant surpass the log in many times. I unstalled and restarted my phone but nothing was fixed. Please fix this bug, its not an internet connection problem. I checked all of your responses to the other players that has been complaining and you are just replying the same thing. Please do not ignore this kind of review as it is very much important that you acknowledge our complains towards the game.

Very fun but a couple bugs
The Ranged Toxic Atk on the thief>Rogue build is bugged so it doesn’t work in auto. But besides that lovely game! Smooth gameplay

There is no supply of diamonds in EC reason for me to leave the game for good

Very buggy, and if you are using an iPad, your game will just crash and you can’t do anything. Only thing that goes through is your credit card. Customer service has bots, and if you do get an answer from a live person…..you would prefer the bot replies~~they are condescending to your issues. USA~CA~Brazil app with tons of Asians and South Americans creating multiple accounts to sell.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Im a biggest fan and supporter for years. Customer service is so bad that to many people handling your claim they wont really hear your situation out or whats going on and just put me on a constant loop my account got hacked and they give you a bunch of BS thats really frustrating that they cant resolve my issue. 0 stars. Not recomemded stay away spend your money somewhere else.

The game shuts down on its own
I play (or at least I try) on the IPad 9th Generation — latest update —, but the game crashes a lot. Any slightly more elaborated animation makes the game to shut down. Already tried performance mode without luck. Isn’t there a way to fix this?

This game is only good if you dont mind spending your mortgage/rent money on this game. Don’t bother if you are part of the middle class or lower class.
Waste of time
I leveled to 51 and just gave up. The game is too grindy and hard to level up. I tried so many times to find a party for instances there’s not very much welcoming people on there and you can sit there auto match all day for instances and still no one will join.
