Terrible Customer Service
I bought a few outfits through Rags. I am a loyal not first time buyer, but this particular order was never delivered to my house. I wrote customer service on this matter. They said that because I did not purchase package protection that their was nothing they could do. I was not aware that they offered package protection so my bad on that but these are too expensive to not offer the package protection on every order and then to be told there was nothing they could do was a huge turn off from buying from them again. Not to mention how rude they were.

Love the brand, NOT the app
I’ve been buying Rags for a couple of years now & my family loves them, but the app has really been disappointing since its initial launch. It glitches, restock notifications are inaccurate or don’t work, and items aren’t always loaded to the app as quick as they are loaded to the website (making it impossible to score what you want on drop days). Hopefully they can get their issues ironed out soon.

When it works
App has not been loading items under the right tabs. New release you have to search for. By the time you find it they are sold out. App needs to be fixed. Constant app glitching. I have received false in stock notifications and crashing of the app when clicking on some items.
Notifications won’t go away
Decent app but can’t clear the red bubble notification. This bothers me.
Fine for leisure shopping, not reliable on drops.
For several highly anticipated drops now, people have had to search for the newly dropped items on the app instead of them appearing at the top of the “New” folder. If you want people to use your app, you have to make sure you have the kinks worked out of it. Otherwise, the app works fine.
Your app just lost you a customer
I haven’t scored from a single drop since you released it. This skelly drop is the last straw. You proved you don’t giving a crap about your customers and you are only concerned with keeping up hype and FOMO on these tiny drops. I will be taking my money elsewhere and will never support this company again. Every week it’s the same “omg I didn’t see this coming..” Spare me, can’t believe I supported you so long.

Fix Apple Pay
Apple Pay hasn’t been working for me I get an error that a shipping rate can’t be blank . What does that even mean?

We’ve been so happy with every Rags romper, dress, joggers, and t-shirt purchased. My children (ages 1-8 years old) love the soft fabric and ease of taking them on and off. Such cute styles, too!

Easy to use, but a little slow
The app is great to use and very easy to navigate. Check out is super quick too if you’re already signed in. Seems like the app is a little slow to update with what is/ is not available though.
