App fails to open

We purchased a yearly subscription for our four family members. None of the four people can open the app right now. We keep getting an error message to check our internet connection. The internet is working fine.
Not the easiest to figure out when problems arise.

Customer support is bad.

Worth money but does not function well

App is worth the money but the app never works. You open a business and it closes right away so the merchant can not view and you olen again and then you have two the times per month and you have lost the benefit for the month and you end up paying for prize the item as the app did not work properly. I have deleted and removed the app from my phone numerous times trying to refresh and see if I can get the app to work correctly.

Warning: your signing up for a 6-12 month automatic membership

I bought this app to help support my sons football team. Although I preferred the paper coupons, I decided to support. I did not realize that this was for six months.I guess I was under the impression that I had this for one year and then I would no longer have any savings on the app until I renewed. They automatically charged me. Also the app is terribly slow.

Hi Due to Covid-19 restrictions on product fundraisers, our groups performed a virtual/digital platform to raise money instead of a physical card that requires contact. The membership program allows for schools and organizations to make residual income versus having to keep selling each year. Which helps the schools raise money all year round. Great App

Took some time to get used to, but the convenience of having an app on my phone over remembering to use the card is worth it. I also feel like I’m actually saving money as well. Love that this company has found a way to support local athletics, even during a pandemic.

Great Concept!

I’m not crazy about the app, but I love how it’s purpose is to help kids and their school!

There’s no way of adding to favorites on a lot of them because the description box covers the heart icon and won’t let you tap on it.

Perusing the longer lists is frustrating because if you tap on one and then go back, you have to start at the beginning of the list again.😫

Doesn’t work!!

There are several really great coupons, but good luck finding a place that even knows what the RahRah app is. I tried to use it at Applebee’s the manager looked at me like I was crazy and said she has to email her boss. Needless to say I didn’t use. Then I tried to use it at Quiznos subs and once again she said “I’ve never heard of that”, strike two. It’s embarrassing. I should have just give the donation to my nephew. I’m super bummed about it. I love the coupon card!

So far so good

Just got this app a couple of weeks ago. So far it seems to be well worth the money. Since the app tracks how much money I save, i can see that it more than paid for itself already.

The app is pretty new and had some early bugs, but they seem to be mostly fixed now. I look forward to seeing what other businesses make it on the app!

So easy to use! Never have to worry about carrying a coupon book AGAIN

This app is so easy to use! I always forgot to bring my card or coupon book with me to restaurants... never actually using the deals I paid money for. This app takes care of that! And there is such wide variety of places to go to! Nice job!

This is the stupidest fundraising tool I have ever seen

I’ve been involved with youth and high school sports in one way or another for literally decades so I’m pretty familiar with the various ways teams try to support themselves financially. This one is not going to work.
My son’s high school football team is being forced to contact all their friends and family and try to get them to enter their financial and personal data into this weird glitchy suspicious looking app. From what I’ve heard most of the players are very uncomfortable with it. Rightfully so.
Also, in order to avoid having my son look bad to his coaches, I downloaded the app and signed up for an account. I can see already that I will be saving zero dollars. None of the participating merchants are places I shop.
I hope everyone involved with this stupid project gets fired.

Good, could be better

When I first dl the app, I had no idea how to sign up. Either I missed the yellow banner at the top of app telling me what to do, or it wasn’t there. Regardless, I closed out and opened it again and spotted the yellow banner. It would be helpful if when first time downloaded a would be taken to a screen to sign up with their phone number.

Once I was able to sign up and support my local school district’s football team, it was easy to navigate. There seemed to be a lot of great offers, but would love to see more, especially with the amount I paid. There are only a handful I would use.

After clicking on an offer to see more details, I clicked the back button to go to the previous screen. I anticipated it taking me to the spot where I left off. Instead, it took me back to the top, which is frustrating.

All in all, my complaints are minor. My main goal with this app was to support my school’s football team. With how often I noticed the developer respond to previous reviews, I expect that the developers will use the constructive feedback to make their app amazing.

Thank you for creating an way to support our students and making it digital!
