Random tower selection is huglely frustrating
I have has a lot of enjoyment from playing this game, marred by the ‘random’ tower selection presented when given the chance to add towers. It would be so much more strategic and less frustrating if the user was able to select from all of the available towers chosen prior to the game starting.

Why would you want to play a game that throws several commercials in the middle of each level as you’re trying to play?
Fun game, but broken
Played first level… complicated card stuff, second level, stuck on downloading forever. Broken game.
Disappointed
The game is fun, have been enjoying it for months.. but now all of a sudden it’s like on any level or event you play, all the enemies have been boosted , like a lot. Endless, I’m not great at but pretty decent, I always buy boosts to increase tower damage and lower enemy damage. Since the changes to the game have been made, it’s like I’m just wasting my gems even buying them. I use to be able to get at least to level 52-53. Now I’m lucky if I can even get to 20.. like WTH?? So like other games I have cancelled my subscription and more than likely I will not be playing anymore.

Actually a Tower Defense Game
This game is addictive. It is pay to win, but still amazingly engaging and fun. The free options still allow for enjoyable gameplay and time well spent. Goals are clear, leveling towers and heroes is logical, and the guild system allows for peer engagement on your terms. This is a good game.
Cheat and a scam: DO NOT PLAY!
This game is a cheat, fraud and scam. They intentionally screw you to pay $$ to advance in the game.
Punished for playing
If you do to many stages you can’t get loot because there is a chest slot cap, and each chest takes a minimum of 3 hours to open unless you pay. Everything is add locked, everything is pay walled, and playing more means less loot so it’s almost like design is to get you to turn the game off

Ad optional til the packages change
Bought the permanent ad avoidance when I first started playing almost two years ago. Life got busy and wasn’t playing as much. Opened it up to see the packages had shifted around and the ad avoidance is gone unless I pay monthly. Why bother when I already paid to block ads and then the terms changed without warning. Guess the lesson learned with all digital goods, we own none of it and the terms changed without warning on a whim when it’s time to get more cash out of us avoid.

Good game, bad ads
This is a fun little game for a week or two (until you can’t stand the adverts any more), with just about enough variety and progression. I get that there will be ads unless and until I pay to remove them, but have a bit of decency in who you accept ads from - bombarding us with ads from fraudulent scammers like Testerup makes game developers complicit in their scams.

Pay to win
Just a few levels in and there is absolutely no chance of winning unless you pay or watch 2-4 ads just to get through the level. Game has been deleted.
Used to be great
This game used to be awesome! But now in the middle of the game you have random ads pop up. You have to watch so many ads to get things in the game, but now they are forced on you mid game(multiple times too).

The ads are getting out of hand
I really do enjoy the game and understand the need to generate revenue through ads….. However, the ads have gotten totally out of hand. Over the last several months, ads have been getting longer, or you have to sit through 2 of them. The ads have additionally gotten more deceptive, both in the indicated ‘time left’ and what they are advertising doesn’t exist in the actual game the ad is for ( false advertising). I also think the ad server wants to give customers carpal tunnel. I have to ‘close’ the ad 3-5 times before getting credit for watching the ad (a few times more than that). I’ve had the ad crash 90% of the way through an ad, resulting in force quitting and not getting credit for watching the ad. The way the ads have changed recently is making the game experience far worse than several months ago.
Also, you need to work on your refresh algorithm for the towers/roads/upgrades. More often than not, if I refresh to get different towers, I’ve gotten the same 3 towers, or if I get road/road/expansion when I’m looking for towers, I just keep getting different roads and no towers, even after several refreshes. This pretty much happens every time I play. Or at the beginning of a battle, I get 1 tower, then I just get roads for 8 levels. That should not be happening. The algorithm is far too streaky.

Bombarded by Ads
Ads are expected, but this game has too many that it ruins actually ruins the game, especially the ads that pop up in the middle of each play. It interrupts the game completely and takes away the fun. Game has potential, but too many ads. Don’t recommend starting to play as you’ll end up quitting from just amount of ads.

Pay to Progress
I would give 5 stars if you didn’t have to literally pay to progress. Every event, there seems to be like a battle pass attached to it. While it’s already has multiple separate ones for each different modes within the game. Ridiculous. Also, special cards are only obtainable through events. And unless you pay, it’s going to be an extremely long while before you can upgrade and use them. I can live with £4.99 for this and that. But £16 to £49 for events is diabolical. Could be a great game if it weren’t for its greed :).
