This was a 5 star app until the recent update. Completely ruined the app.
Why?
What’s the point of needing another app? I’ve got my tickets on Ticketmaster so why am I forced to download this to access my tickets. GO BRONCOS!!
SCAM
I purchased two tickets totaling a little over 400$ and I was scammed out of my money completely. When I made the purchased I didn’t receive my tickets. I have been trying to contact the Raiders directly and through TicketMaster. I have received zero help on this issue. No one on there support team has been willing to do their job and help me with this issue. Please don’t waste your time and money on this horribly ran establishment. I have never experienced such HORRIBLE costumer service. Please do NOT give them your hard earned money because this company absolutely don’t NOT care about there customers or “fans”. I’ll be taking legal action at this point to settle this. I wish I could give this a NEGATIVE rating because I would. 1 star isn’t even low enough.

Now I know why there are many fights at raider games. Because fans are allowed to taunt guests at will. All while the ushers just watch. And when they see there may be trouble. They just bring more to stand there and do nothing. To let a so called raider fan whistle loud bird noises in people’s ears and faces thru the whole game. Such a fan does this even when his offense is on the field. No wonder the raiders lost. Never go there again when my team plays there.

Is there a reason why there is no Game Start alert from this app or scoring updates when the Raiders or their opponent score a TD or FG in the game?
Been a Raiders fan my whole life but..
It seems like I haven’t been able to watch a game in years. I only have antenna TV. I can watch every other game on local channels but never the Raiders games. I live in Oregon. It’s not like I’m far from where they play. It’s frustrating to be a broke fan. I want to watch the games and cheer on my team but unless you can pay for the NFL app. You can’t watch

I hate to say it, but Seattle has done a much better job with their app, it links to NFL really well and is just better in basic operation. I hope to see improvements here.

This is a pretty good app it has mostly what a Raiders fan needs.

Make this app compatible with the Apple Watch. Don’t know why it’s not already compatible.
Constant Errors
I have been trying to manage my game tickets for 2 weeks now and the app will not update/refresh. This happens the majority of time I try to use the app. Please fix these bugs (API error events 401 is the error code). This is very frustrating and an awful experience for a season ticket holder that is trying to manage their tickets and listings.

Error Code 401??
I keep getting this Error Code 401 and the app is not allowing me to access my tickets. And this is the only way I can access my tickets. Very frustrated right now!!!! It keeps telling Error Code 401 but it won’t tell me what I have to do to fix it.

Radio crashes
Radio crashes every time I try to listen
FIX YOUR APP!!
I used to love this app for listening to RNR 920, now it continually shuts off after playing for about a minute and you have to close the app, reopen it and re start the radio which only works sometimes. It’s extremely irritating that after months it’s still not fixed.
Won’t Stream Radio
I used to use the app daily to listen to the radio stream. It stopped working correctly months ago. Stops playing if the phone is locked. I have had to go back to a radio app with more ads since this no longer works. IOS 17.6
App problems
The app use to work fine. I would listen to the radio broadcasts all the time. But lately the app randomly turns off and I have to go into the app and select the radio option to get it to replay the show, which only lasts for a few minutes before I have to do it again.
Please fix or go back to the old version.
