Can’t access app since update
Can’t access the app anymore. No help via support. And now I’ve entered 10 nicknames and can’t even leave a bloody review!!!!

Please add English as an additional language in E-Banking
It’s very poor
The app doesn’t have any modern functionality- no Face ID, no notifications, no language versions. Every time I need to log in I have to type in the codes, it’s a nightmare to use. Needless to say it’s very clunky and has lots of tabs - all in German so good luck.

I use this since the beginning but lately it doesn't work after Apple updates. The app shut down and close!! As a developer you have plenty of time to prepare the app for upcoming updates. Please do so!
The worst E-Banking ever
The app is far from user friendly.
Complicated to use. Too hard to find the information you need or even the options to do basic things like transfer or payments.
Everything in this app becomes time consuming and frustrating.
It’s a big shame for an institution like Raiffaisen to have an E-Banking so outdated. The worst is that we as customers have to put up with that.

Language problem
The app starts in French and despite there being 2 options to change a) DE b) IT, only the Italian option worls. On the log-in page it is impossible to make it appear in German.
new version - horrible
maybe the fonts should have been bigger so that the fellow sitting at the end of the carriage can also read the details!! probably only made for iphone 6+ owners (!), forgetting other users. design is confused, too complicated, too dynamic, all-in it’s a desktop layout not an iOS. safety on mobiles becoming more of an issue, might be the right time to just delete it and stick to desktop ebanking.

Great App but
It's not possible to make payments to non Swiss recipients when outside of Switzerland. It's maybe down to security, but a nuisance nonetheless.
Works well...
Good and efficient substitute for the webpage when using iPad. The invoice scanner works only every second time, and is a bit picky with regards to angle/crop of the photo.
