About

Open Rail Six and you know when to leave. One screen, one countdown, your commute. Save your trip once — home station, destination, return. After that the app opens straight to a live countdown to your next GO train or bus, with the platform the moment it's posted, the delay if there is one, and the trains after it in case you miss it. One tap swaps To Work and To Home. Not sure you'll make it? Tap the walk check for a straight Yes or No, based on where you are and when the train actually leaves. • Live countdown, delays and platforms for your daily trip • Walk check — can I still catch it, yes or no • Service alerts for your line, before you leave • Live trip tracking on the Lock Screen, with an alert as your stop nears • Departure boards for any station, a live map, routes and fares • Widgets for the Home Screen and Lock Screen, and a Control Centre button • Ask Siri: "When's my next train in Rail Six" • Split-flap Flip board style, if you like the real thing • Free, no account, no ads Rail Six is an independent, unofficial tracker, not affiliated with or endorsed by Metrolinx or GO Transit. Data comes from the Metrolinx OpenData and GO Transit GTFS feeds — always confirm with official sources.

What's New in Rail Six

1.1.1

MORE RELIABLE WIDGETS We rebuilt how your commute widgets stay up to date: • Widgets no longer freeze during busy times of day. • Cancellations now show up on your widget. • Widgets keep updating even if you haven't opened the app in a while. • Widgets switch direction on time at noon and midnight. • Lock Screen widgets show when information may be out of date, and cancellations stay visible. • Widgets rest overnight and wake before the first train, which saves battery. Thanks for riding with Rail Six. Questions or feedback? Reach us from Settings in the app.
