About

Say Hello to Rail Statistics! The app you didn't know you needed is perfect for eager rail enthusiasts and regular commuters alike. The app features a comprehensive station tracker for those who want to log and count how many stations they’ve visited. While we currently only have National Rail stations in Great Britain, we have more networks on the way in future updates. If you’re just starting, you can jump right in with all the stations ready to go! Stay ahead of the game with notifications whenever a new station opens. Forget the hassle of manually entering new station details our cloud based database handles the heavy lifting for you, ensuring you always have the latest information at your fingertips. Ever wondered how popular a station is? It’s easy to find out with Rail Statistics, where you can view station usage data for the National Rail Stations dating back to 1998. With annual updates to the date once it becomes available. Wondering what your travels look like on a map? You can now quickly visualize all the stations you’ve visited and the ones you’re yet to cross off your list. First Class subscribers can also unlock the Station Action Bar, which allows you to update your visit status and mark favorites with a single, seamless click. EULA - https://railstatistics.co.uk/eula

What's New in Rail Statistics

26.08.3

August 31, 2026

The next update arriving at Platform 26 is the 26.08.3 Rail Statistics service. Calling at the Ticket Office only: This update brings the long-awaited Ticket Tracking feature, exclusively for First Class subscribers. (Coming to Standard Premium in October, and to everyone in November.) Now you can keep track of all your tickets in one place: singles, returns, rangers, rovers, and travelcards. (Smartcards, contactless, and digital PAYG are on the way soon.) Keep on top of delays, compensation claims, and loyalty schemes, so you can get a clear picture of what you've spent, received in compensation, and earned in rewards. It's fully customisable too, from the operators you use to the loyalty schemes you track. Think of it as your ticket draw in your pocket: all your tickets on the go, without the bulk. It works around the world too, with multi-currency support, so you can show the local currency when you're travelling abroad and add what it cost in your home currency so your statistics stay accurate. For now, Ticket Tracking is still in beta, so some features are limited or unfinished, not to mention the odd pesky bug. We'd love your feedback, whether it's bugs or feature ideas, so don't hesitate to get in touch at support@railstatistics.co.uk.
