App is not longer used by the company, sucks because it made it so easy to order lunch.

This app seems like it’s been abandoned. Was a good app to schedule an order. Sad to see it go.
Terrible design
Does not auto populate any field, no support for Apple Pay or other payment services. Does not feel trustworthy.
Decent
Option to redeem your rewards is no longer on the app. You can collect them, but they can’t be accessed in your cart.

Railtown is our new work neighborhood and we LUCKED OUT to have such an incredible lunch spot so nearby!! Food is consistently delicious. And the app makes it so easy to pre-order. I’ve already gifted two employees with Railtown cafe gift cards. Love this place ❤️
I <3 Sandwiches and hate app
No reason to have to download an app to order a sandwich. Soooooo annoying. The sandwiches here are fire though so I’ll do anything but this should really be switched out.

Love that you can add extra toppings (x1, x2, x3) on the app but can’t do that through door dash which is disappointing.
Needs major work
Twice now it’s charged my credit card 4 times and the orders didn’t even go through. Never using this app again.
Not impressed
Why is it necessary to have an additional app on my phone to use to occasionally order food. Why not make it web based? Why not use one of the dozen other services to do an online order.

Timing - always like 15min late
Probably my fault for actually going on time, but the suggested time to show up is typically 15-20min before it’s ready.
I should just budget for that rather than falling for it every time.
You should really fix the timing metrics. It’s horrendous.

Why is this app so unresponsive.
I click buttons and they do nothing. I click them again. I click back. I click next. I get back to the same unresponsive button and it works. Took me an hour to get my email validation to actually go through. Then took about 10 minutes to place my order simply because the app was not working correctly.

Great app
Love the app, but hate having to stand in the normal order line when I get to the store to pick up my order. Should be a separated pick up spot!

Firstly, service is fabulous. Staff are always friendly and make an attempt to remember your name.
The food is delicious. I go to Railtown on Railtown frequently and have not had a bad experience or a bad meal. The salads, whether you build your own or order off the menu are creative, fresh with all of the ingredients being made on the premises. The smoked tomato egger is so delicious that bacon is not required. Montreal smoked meat, peppercorn BLT, Ancient Grain Salad and the Salmon Nicoise are some of my favourites. No matter what you order Railtown delivers food that appeals to all of your senses. The aroma when you enter, texture from yam chips or crispy onions, taste.... You get the point. Some might find it on the pricier side, but the portions are generous and flavour delivers...You get what you pay for!!!

Easy app to use. Would like to see Apple Pay.
Everything is fine with the app. Just don’t like having yet another place to manage credit card details.
