Dark mode text visibility
The app works, but there is a major issue in Night/Dark Mode. The text is not visible properly because the text color and background have very low contrast. This makes it difficult to read and use the app, especially for important medical information. Please fix the dark mode text visibility and improve the color contrast in the next update.

After the recent update, the in app icon labels have disappeared. Kindly fix this issue.

In light mode itself working fine. But in dark mode menu icon names aren’t showing since the last update
Login issue
After updating the app to new version, first it started showing only one patient and i was unable to switch to another patient. Once I logged out from the app and tried to re login now i am not able to login. After pitting phone number and clicking on login, nothing happens. Very pathetic app.👎🏻

Pathetic service
This app is completely unhelpful. While you can register online, you still have to obtain a hard copy registration slip in person. Although it provides a queue number, the staff doesn't adhere to it, making the whole experience a waste of time. If these features are meant to be beneficial, they should be integrated with the manual process as well. If the staff isn’t offering any advantages, then why don’t we just stick with the old methods? It seems pointless to rely on technology that makes the service more complicated rather than easier for the end user. So far, I haven’t seen any benefits from this useless app.
